Yesterday I went there to use my points because they were about to expire. It was so packed with Palo Duro HS students. That’s why my food took long. I ordered the quarter-pounder, but it had too much cheese on it. The fries and lemonade were good.

Went through drive through, was welcomed with a lady mumbling to where we could barely hear her, two cars who got in the opposite lane after we got there had their order taken so we asked if anyone was there in which we were met with a rude young lady rushing us though our order with an extremely annoyed tone. We couldn’t even understand what she said at the end because she kept mumbling. When we asked to round our total up we were met with dead silence. As a cherry on top we got our food and it wasnt even warm. It was cold. I understand working fast food at night can be annoying at times but this was the absolute worst service I have gotten at a McDonalds ever.
Edit: to make things worse, I got home and they had gotten our order wrong and added pickles and onions onto both mcribs after asked not to. It was probably because they were rushing us. Dont go to this mcdonalds.

I recently visited McDonald’s and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were friendly, polite, and quick to take my order. The service was efficient, and my food was fresh, warm, and well-prepared. I also appreciated how the dining area was comfortable and had a welcoming atmosphere, which made my visit enjoyable.
One area that could use improvement is the bathroom. It was not as clean or well-maintained as I expected. Regular cleaning and restocking would make a big difference in the overall experience for customers.
Despite that, I appreciate the hard-working staff and the good service. I will definitely come back again and hope to see a few small improvements next time.

This McDonald’s is the worst drive through experience I have ever had in my 36 years of life. Their speakers weren’t working right and I had to pull up to the window to make my order. It wasn’t a big deal but even at the window they got my order wrong and I had to pay again for the items that they missed. Again, not a big deal until I pulled through and realized that they hadn’t given me some of the items I had ordered. I tried to go in to make it right but they had the lobby closed at 8 pm and I had to wait 45 minutes through the drive through AGAIN. When I got back to the window, the manager tried to argue with me, saying she bagged the order herself. In the end, I got the other snack wrap that I had paid for and went home to eat my sad, cold food.

If you expect to be respected as a customer here, this is the wrong mcdonald’s too eat at. My daughter had to go to the restroom and after saying excuse me sir 3 times at the counter. Being ignored, one young gentleman who cares about came from the back.

Went at 11:45pm on Friday, supposed to be 24hrs and their gril was off, I ordered online waited in line after they pulled up my order at the speaker and asked me to pull up. I get to the second window just for them to say they will not be fulfilling my order.
