I recently visited the Culver’s location in Morton Grove and was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of my visit. The dining area was spotlessly clean—a truly welcoming environment from the moment I walked in. I also appreciate that the restrooms were just as immaculate.
Beyond the cleanliness, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the ordering process a pleasure. Despite how busy they were, the service was quick and efficient. And of course, the food was absolutely delicious! My order was fresh, hot, and perfectly prepared.
This location clearly prioritizes customer experience, from the cleanliness of the building to the kindness of the staff and the quality of the food. Highly recommend stopping by this Morton Grove gem!

This Culver’s is a great, affordable and comfortable place for my family and I to eat when we need a night off from cooking. The staff are fast and friendly, the food is always hot and tasty, and I really appreciate the option for healthy broccoli as a side. It’s always clean and the lines move quick. I also really like that during the warmer months, they have sunflowers and other native plants outside!

A great place to try delicious and juicy burger along with crunchy french fries.
Burger size is satisfactory. Dont forget to try their Fruit shake with whole milk (taste is really great).
Customer service was very satisfactory. They have drive through too.

The most amazing thing about Culver is its interior design, which is very aesthetic, very well designed, functional and made with deep thinking about material and all the processes of fast food chain service. When compared to KFC, Macdonals; taste and functional sitting place at culver is far better.

I love this Culver’s location. I’m a regular customer here and the staff is always fast and friendly, the dining room and restroom are always clean, and the food is served quickly and made to order. The value for quality of food and experience is exceptional at the Morton Grove Culver’s. I can even sub or add steamed broccoli to my order and get a substantial serving of green vegetables with my meal.

Unfortunately, my experience at Culver was extremely disappointing. Upon biting into my burger, I discovered a hair embedded in the cheese, which was quite off-putting. When I approached the manager, Sam Jiandani, to address the issue, I was met with a dismissive attitude and felt as though my concerns were not taken seriously. The lack of accountability and customer service left me feeling unsatisfied and unlikely to return to Culver in the future.

Culver’s is middle of the road fast food. The burgers are okay, a little salty for my taste. They have some unusual offerings like fried cod and beef pot roast, which is actually pretty good. Their frozen custard is very good and comes in many flavors. The staff is nice and competent. This location is always pretty clean.
If you want a little change from the other fast food chains, this is a good place to go.

I was really hungry and decided to give Culver’s a try for the first time. I went for the JJ’s Way Meal, and wow, it did not disappoint! Every bite was absolutely delicious, and the portions were just right. The combination of flavors was spot-on, and it definitely hit the spot. Now, I’m sitting here completely full and super satisfied. If you’re looking for a meal that’s both tasty and filling, I highly recommend giving the JJ’s Way Meal at Culver’s a try. You won’t regret it!

My husband and I went to Culvers for Turtle sundaes for my birthday (use to be my favorite). I ordered, took my number and sat down. We waited at least 5 minutes ( the place was empty) for our order when I finally went up to the counter to see what the delay was. The cashier looked at me confused and I told her we never received our ice cream and she looks at the guy by the ice cream station and says Oh he’s trying to fix something. It’ll be done in a minute. So I sat down to wait. Meanwhile there had to be 6 or more people behind the counter all laughing and talking loudly in Spanish. I turned around to see what all the commotion was about but they were just goofing around. Very unprofessional! Ice cream finally came and it was obvious mine was made first as I had whipped cream on it and it was melting. Hardly and toppings. This use to be our favorite location but not anymore
