So many options to choose from! Everything tasted delicious! Its AYCE and well worth it for the sushi alone! They also. Have AYCE hibachi portions! There is additional fees if your eyes are bigger than your stomach so, be mindful! 0complaints! Reservations are absolutely recommended or the wait can be a while.

Chubby Fish offers all-you-can-eat sushi that I’d rate around a 7/10. It’s filling and a good value, but be prepared for long waits both to sit and for food—joining the waitlist ahead of time is a must. The restaurant is clearly high-volume, likely from TikTok popularity, and that shows at times.
The atmosphere is fun and modern with great aesthetics, cool artwork, and even a robot that brings out trays of food. Some dishes came out cold, including a skewer (though it was tender and well-seasoned). Sushi rolls could’ve been rolled tighter, and a few items missed the mark for me—takoyaki wasn’t my favorite, and the BBQ pork bun needed more meat.
That said, there were plenty of solid items: shumai, chicken katsu, kara-age, Japanese-style cheesecake (good but not overwhelming), and Thai milk tea boba (creamy and tasty, though light on boba). My wife really enjoyed the ramen. Overall, fun experience with good variety, but consistency and wait times hold it back.

So many options 99% delicious. We stopped on a weekday for a late dinner. When arrival there was no wait time, and we were taking straight to our table. From my visit Colorado this was one of the best restaurants that I had. I have to say that overall I will highly recommend.

Waited for quite awhile but finally got a table. I will say the decor and the ambiance was amazing loved the bright neon colors and the music was vibe. It does get pretty loud but I really didnt mind. All you can eat for one price was very reasonable with alot of options to choose from. Just a warning they charge you for what you don’t eat at the end and its per piece so just keep that in mind. You can’t take any leftovers home as well. The sushi was alright it wasn’t wrapped that well so it kind of kept falling apart. My favorite part was the birthday experience. They came to the table with a huge neon sign with a party train and blasted the happy birthday theme over the speakers. The fluffy cheesecake dessert was delicious and they give you a little gift bag with some chubby themed souvenirs. Definitely the highlight of the whole experience.

For the price you really can’t beat the experience. Service was at times slow but we were there for 90 minutes, the maximum allowed. Twice the item that arrived was a little unusual or mixed vegetarian with meat… But those mistakes were easily corrected. The atmosphere is incredible, I really like the vibe. And where did we get stuffed. If you want to get really full this is hard to beat.

I had such a blast here! I went for my 25th birthday and our waitress Prilly made the experience 1000% better!! The food was amazing and they have so many options to choose from as well. The drinks were really good as well. They sang happy Birthday to me with the cutest sign and then gave me a yummy dessert. I will be 1000000% coming back here in the future!! Great! Everything we tried was amazing! It was also a great deal 30.99 per person. We went on a Friday at 4:30 just shortly after opening and did not have to wait. The options are endless. All you can eat but not a buffet. More of you ordering what you want on the list and it gets delivered to you. It comes nonstop ordering until you’re done eating. Food portions are perfect for meal control. The ramen was okay. Could of been more flavorful. The meat bun was okay but wish it had more. It was just bread slabbed with sauce, a slice of meat, and a cucumber slice. Sushi is plentiful. Server was great
