This is easily the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in Minnesota. They consistently get orders wrong. I’ve tried calling and speaking with the manager, but nothing ever changes.
There are frequent communication issues at the drive-through, and it clearly affects order accuracy. A simple solution—such as clearly designated English and Spanish ordering support or better training—would go a long way in helping both employees and customers.
I try to avoid this location, but it’s on my way to work, and every time I stop, my order is incorrect. This isn’t an occasional mistake; it’s a pattern.
Whoever the regional manager is for this location, you can do better. This store needs leadership to step in and fix ongoing operational and training issues.

The people here are always great, but I routinely get cold food. This morning I ordered the burrito meal with a large decaf. My hash brown was cold and slightly spicy, and my coffee tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. It wasn’t even lukewarm. This happens all the time; if there was any other McDonald’s close by I would go there instead.

Lobby said temporarily closed. Drive through… The guy didn’t understand what I was ordering, finally after about 10 times of saying the order and him confirming something else, someone else took the order. Ok that was fine, then I asked for salt and ketchup at the last window. They put pepper and napkins in the bag so this made it so I had to make 3 trips in the drive through. It was a very frustrating experience. And why was the lobby even closed? This was at 6:30pm. I thought it was just rude I was offered nothing and got nothing for my time or aggravation.

They were open, but the drive through was closed an hour early simply because they did not want customers. I called to check and the employee said “whoops” and offered to reopen it if I really needed something. It felt so unprofessional and honestly pretty shocking. When I worked in food service this kind of thing would have gotten me fired.

The only problem I have with this location is the fountain drinks in the lobby are always flat. When you order a pop in the drive thru, the drink is excellent. When you order the pop from the kiosk, the drink they run out is excellent. The fountain in the lobby has not worked properly for months and you either have to settle for a flat disgusting refill or just cut your losses and throw the cup away.

Placed my own order of breakfast food. Food was ready fast and was good. Went to use the bathroom and 2 employees were talking to each other through the stalls. I didn’t wait around to wait for them to finish. I wish the machines and a voice option, dont go to McDonald’s a lot so had to search for the items.

Routinely, messes up my order. I’ve gotten into the habit of pulling over and checking my order before I leave the parking lot. Today, when I go to grab my food, i notice they were missing 2 items. when I went to ask them about it And show them the items on my receipt, They insisted that they did put them in the bag. And that I was wrong. I had to show them that the items were not in the bag to convince them to give me the items I had already paid for.

WORST MCDONALDS!
I’ve gone through the drive thru and sat there for 10 minutes and nobody would take my order. I then proceeded to the window to see if I could get their attention, after 5 minutes of sitting at the window. I explain I was waiting at the window and nobody would answer they then just straight up said they would not take my order. Straight up lazy lazy lazy teens that think they don’t have to do their job. It’s simple take an order and hand out food! Mind you I was on my 15 minute break while working a 20 hour shift all I wanted was some quick food to help me finish out my shift.

couldn’t understand the person taking the order at the kiosk outside and wasn’t given a price then at the window the order was wrong went inside and I was told the order is correct which it wasn’t. wrong food and overcharged by 2 + dollars, but that was my problem. No refund I got mad and left very POOR customer service
