This service was incredibly slow. It took 20 minutes to get our food. Plus, there’s no place to get anything… No napkins, no ketchup, no soda.
Finally, there were kids running around without shoes or socks, including running in and out of the bathroom and through the dining room. Seems like a health code vision.
Note: I don’t come here enough to tell if it’s how the restaurant is or if it was just today.

Employee Braelyn Trisko truly shows a great example of what a perfect employee is. She is a master at taking orders from people, giving people food, and just in general, she is just a nice and hard working person. Every time she does something, she does an amazing job! Also i would like to request a music playlist to play during open hours… it can be very awkward when there is no music

Impressively fast, I travel with a sports team and usually McDonald’s employees are dirty or having mental breakdowns. This one was very clean, fast, and there was a clear sense of leadership on the store. Skip Alexandria and stop here on your way home. They’re wicked fast.

We waited for almost a half an hour to get our food curbside. When it did come my fries were old and half empty. My soda was not only not completely filled up but was also flat like if the mix were running out. I would have forgiven the time we waited because it was busy but then to get crap food is inexcusable.

Food was way overpriced for fast food! Wowza! Three meals to go, simple meals no extras and spent well over $50. Stay home and cook, or prep at home for lunches. The buns are not like they used to be, there’s no love put in that food anymore unfortunately it’s more about profit than quality. I’m sorry McDonald’s, but I’m going to do a hard pass for now unless you put the care back into your food.

Ordered via drive through. They told me it would take more time and pull into pickup area. Waited 15 minutes No food. Went into store. Zero customer service. Just kiosks. Got attention of someone in the back and they said my order was given to someone else. Had to wait 10 more minutes Ridiculous. $13 for a “value” meal.
