I drive 3 miles further than the closest location to my house to come here because it’s better. Workers are super nice. The food is made better here. Beans are perfect. Meats not greasy. Portions of ingredients A+. The hard shells were a little stale today..:not tasting bad but the texture was off…but it’s usually on point and the dining room is always clean. There are no lower level management issues here that I can see.

You can clearly see I got a Dorito taco with meat, cheese and sour cream because I got the supreme minus lettuce and tomato. This is all that came on that taco not to mention when I pulled it up the meat fell from the bottom. I also got a grilled cheese burrito and that was missing the spicy sauce the cheese sauce it was horrible. Nothing that I purchased was correct.

Inside was clean and well stocked. The young lady behind the counter was so inviting and polite.

I was very hopeful for good food. I took out my nacho fries with were old, cold, and hard. But, I was still optimistic and was going to leave a good review. But, then I took out my $6 chalupa which was cold l, as well, but have two tablespoons of meat on it. That’s ridiculous!

Dear, whoever was on the drive thru speaker at twelve thirty.

I trusted you. I hadn’t eaten all day, and I was looking for a good meal from Taco Bell. My favorite restaurant. My father, ever so gracious, ordered my food for me. Everything is ordered correctly, to my liking. I am overjoyed. I go home and sit at my dining room table, and open my quesadilla. Quite possibly my favorite meal, given I have ordered the same thing since I’ve ate at Taco Bell for the first time. I go to take a bite, expecting loads of cheese.

To my horror, I take a stale crunch. Barely any cheese. I look down, inspecting the quesadilla. Ah, perhaps something had fallen in. Sometimes things happen, I understand.

Drive thru worker, you had somehow told your workers that I wanted ‘Fiesta Strips’ in my quesadilla.

Fiesta Strips? What on God’s green earth are FIESTA Strips?

I’ve never felt more betrayed in my life. I know I couldn’t have ordered Fiesta Strips in my quesadilla, Drive thru worker, because I’ve never changed my order before; nor have I ever heard of a ‘Fiesta Strip.’

If I could give them 0 stars, I would! Rude, rude, rude and more rude. Went through the drive thru and tried to order something that I seen online. Didn’t know that they no longer sold that item. The girl on the speaker rudely stated that they don’t sell that item. Tried to order something else that every other taco bell does sell, and of course, they don’t sell that item!!! Again, the girl was very rude when she told me. I could hear other employees in the background running their mouths as well. This used to be a decent location to visit, but apparently, they just hire anybody and don’t enforce any type of policy. If you can’t be respectful to your customers, you really do need to find a job that doesn’t involve you working with the public.

The workers are always kind, never had a bad customer service experience here. However, quality of food at this location is always TERRIBLE.

Stale tortillas every time
Dried out refried beans
Quesadilla cheese is never melted
Steak is always dried bits, like dog food.
Everything is half filled

I’ll drive the extra mile to go to the 8 mile/Livonia location.

The drive thru gave my mobile order to someone else. Then I had to wait 15 minutes while they remade 3 items and they made them wrong. The worst service I have got from a taco bell.

I come here this morning. I got a burrito and a hash brown. All I asked was for sauces and the lady proceeded to catch an attitude make a smart comment and only put two in the bag. I think that’s very disgrace and racism and if you don’t like your job quit And Taco Bell needs to do better at their employees person just asked for four sauce is not like I’m asking for 10 and the breakfast sauce you know it’s chunky it sticks in the pack so you know barely comes out a little bit comes out at a time and then on top of that I just asked for four sauces. There’s nothing wrong with that

This location at Grand River and Inkster Rd in Redford MI is open 24hours at least they have a sign up stating they are 24hrs. I pulled up in drive thru tonight at 1:30am and guy came on speaker asked me if I was using mobile order or door dash and I told him I was not. He then proceeded to tell me they are currently cleaning ALL the grills and I would not be able to place an order I can only place an order thru door dash or on my mobile app. I asked if the grills are not in use how is it that u can do those types of orders but I’m here in person at speaker but camn not place an order. He said they won’t make it and I only have the two options. I did not use my mobile app because I was paying with cash so I came out in the cold just to be turned away. I do not understand how grilled orders can be placed online but not at speaker. Very disappointing and he didn’t even try to explain very dry, matter of fact, and didn’t even say sorry for the inconvenience. Won’t be going there any more.
