Food was amazing. On top of that, someone hit my car in the parking lot and the staff went out of their way to help me get the security footage. Insurance couldn’t reach the person who hit me, so their help really made a difference and saved the case. I really appreciate how helpful they were.

We had a group of around 12 meet at this sonic location for dinner. We tried to order on the patio and when everyone in our party tried to order separately as we were paying separate, an employee with the name, Misty yelled through the speaker and was VERY hateful because she got confused on who ordered what. When my husband and I got our mozzarella sticks, they were clearly undercooked, cold and looked absolutely disgusting. I will add photos below. There was no need in this employee getting so rude with us and we will NEVER be back to this specific location. Do better, Misty.

Picked up some food to go, specifically asked for marinara for mozzarella sticks, hotsauce for burrito, large drink, and oreo on the blast. I did notice the small drink so I asked to fix it and it was fixed quickly but the interaction was rushed and I had asked if the hotsause an marinara was in the bag and said yes. When I got home there wasnt either, then my blast had almost 0 oreo in it. That is unacceptable, and I hope to hear back from management, If not il be posting alot more reviews with pics.

This sonic is so much better than the one on Market. You order on your app and bam it’s ready. The parking lot sucks though.

I’ve always tipped 20% at this restaurant, but the one time I accidentally completed the payment without tip, the redheaded waitress brought me my drinks with lots of needle holes punched into the bottom of both cups. No thanks, there’s already too much toxicity in the world without this young woman piling onto it. Looks like I’ll be calling the food inspector to find out if the waitress sterilized the needle before using it on my drinks.

Just low quality service. Just seem to mess my order up everytime, not even in big ways, but it’s just bothersome. Also, the card reader at the booth is always broken.

33 min to get 3 blasts. After 15 min of waiting on pressing the button, we put mobile order in. I ended up having to go up to the door. We get 3 partially melted blasts. The girl just hands them to me to carry over it car and was rude. Literally didn’t even mix topping in. They just slapped some on the top and called it good.
