One of the slowest drive throughs ever. Crew members all seemed to wish they were somewhere else. Once we finally got to the pickup window the crew member immediately told us to move up to “spot number one” where we had to wait an extraordinary long time for our order. The crew had literally thrown everyone’s fries sideways and upside down into a big bag vs placing them neatly so that the fries would stay in each person’s bag. It’s possible, other McDonald’s take the time and care, but not this one.

Your fish sandwiches have been great in the past but lately they seem smaller. The quality of prep has been terrible lately. The last one I got had the typical fish hanging out one side of the bun. And this one only had a 1/2 slice of cheese, off center so it was mostly just bread on either side because of the fish being misplaced as well. I had to basically remake the sandwich. This was at the fitchburg ma location on the John fitch highway. I have a picture but can’t see anyway to attach it.

We showed up to grab a quick bite to eat after doing errands all day, so we didn’t have time to cook. We got here and they had their monthly Mickey mouse party. We have 2 kids with us and they had a blast! We go to Disney all the time and they captured the essence of Disney to a T! The food was great, and the whole staff had smiles on their faces! They even decorated the whole dining room! One of the nice staff members walked up to our table and gave us goodie bags! The planner did an amazing job!

I just received my order through the delivery option and I have to say it was the first and last time I did that. Not only the driver had to wait for an extended time to be handed the order, the order was a total disaster. My Coke Zero barely has the color of coke and taste nothing like water, the large French fries are only half full and the extra sauces we ordered (4 ranch and 4 sweet sour) are completely missing

Horrible service. Managers are so unprofessional. Argue with the customers and talk loud about people standing there in the restaurant. No one willing to help everyone walks around you as if you are not there. Drive thru has two order stations and they dont use them correctly. Waited 20 minutes for my food after leaving the drive thru. Food was cold.

The manager name Lucas had a good attitude when I ask for my order to be fixed with no questions ask it got fixed immediatelly… thats when you know theirs a good manager running the place like it should be good coustom service to him and his TEAM THANK YOU

The rolls were SO stale, they were inedible!!
Had I not gotten onto the highway before opening the sandwiches I would have gone back for a refund.

This McDonald’s has improved quite a bit in terms of services and quality over the past month or so. I am happy to update my review and give it a better review.
I have a particular good encounter with the new manager today. He was quite attentive and correct the issues quickly and professionally. That’s the kind of managers I’d like to see more in each McDonald’s. They make big differences in customer experiences.
There are still some improvements they can make to get the five stars. Definitely they are on the right track. Good job.

Just went there. And stood for 5 minutes trying to ask how to order. Woman doesn’t know english or lied and said she didn’t so she didn’t know what I wanted to do. I literally just wanted to order food.

The nuggets taste like someone barfed in the batter and everything was unfortunately expensive as heck, but I’m sure that’s just the regular for Micky D’s. This location was very nice, employees seemed to be having fun and they were very friendly.
