For some reason the paper fry cups were replaced with this bag that definitely resulted in getting about half the fries as normal for the same price. Go back to the cups or alter the prices.
I arrived 20 minutes after placing an online order and somehow still had to wait 20 minutes for my order and still remind them that we ordered a milkshake. Not great.

No longer eating here. They changed the sizing of their fries to cut cost. You all should just raise the prices instead of cutting quantity. (They now put your fries in a bag. They’ll tell you its the same size as the old cups but THEY ARE NOT).

I mean, it’s 5 Guys, you know exactly what you’re going to get… and it’s amazing burgers and fries. The reason i’m posting about this visit is becuase it was one of the better 5 Guys experiences we’ve had in a while. The staff where amazing and the restaurant was super clean. We love 5 Guys, but this visit was top notch.
And if you’re gluten free and have never had their lettuce wrap, do yourself a favor and get one. They are darn near as good as a burger with a bun.

Very clean, quick service and low wait times. Food came out as ordered, frys were on a little of the soggy side. Still lots of food for the money compared to most fast food restaurants.

I’ve been here mutiple times, it’s ALWAYS amazing. The food is delicious and made to order (very very quickly too)! And the staff have never been anything but kind, helpful, and patient. Which is why I was surprised and pissed off to find that I could not enter the tip I wanted to give when using my card. Why does it limit how much you can tip using a card?! It’s complete and total bullshit, and I guess I just need to get rid of my card and go back to cash only like I used to. Thanks to the staff for their patience while I tried to figure out the max amount I could enter as a tip. Seriously – give these folks a raise!

Been to this location several times. Dining area stays fairly clean which is nice. They also have 2 Coke Freestyle Machines which is nice. They were well staffed and the food was good. The only change I really noticed was the portion size of the fries. A medium sized fry used to be a massive portion. It’s still a good portion but smaller than before. Really like Five Guys but it rarely comes to mind when people want to grab a meal. A few others locations have closed in the last few years and I am wondering how much longer this location will last.

My wife has gluten allergies so she loves the lettuce wrapped burgers. The are fresh cut daily and cooked in oil!!!

The price is, as always, slightly high but it’s so worth it. It’s not Fast Food but it’s sure is fast!! Just wait for them to yell out your patty quantity!!

Great price, great food! You can watch them cook your food, enjoy the music and awesome atmosphere. All the staff was really nice. The milkshakes were REALLY good. Easy to find on Mall Road!

Five Guys is on the priced side of ‘fast food’ but usually worth it. $5+ for a large fry and normally you get a bag full of fries. I’ve not been in a while but went today with my family and it was over $50 for 4 of us. I ordered large fries and the picture is what they served me. Pretty much every time I’ve gone in the past, if I ordered a regular size it was enough for 2-3 people. This time I got more in the small order of Cajun fries than I did in the large order of fries. I did mention it to the guy that served the food and he just filled the cup the rest of the way. Still not even close to what they set the expectation to be when I ordered fries and likely why in the future if I’m going to ha e a ‘cheat day’ from my diet that I will pick anywhere else to go. I could have gone to any number of restaurants around Florence and eaten with the family for $50+ this wasn’t worth it.
