What a great experience. Lance was great! He made sure we were taken care of. But the Food was the best part of my day. My Platter had a great smoky flavor on all the meats, chicken especially had a great taste. The beans was excellent also. The Sweeet chicken was a beautifully presented. I did not eat it, but was told it was all very good. Thank you to my waitress as well.

Would be a five star if they had in depth descriptions of meals. Traditional chili was a surprise when they serve it with cut up steaks in it. But as she noticed we didn’t like it, she did offer to try anything else, we opted for the potatoe soup which was delightful.
Top Quality food and service here. Cozy Christmas vibes today. Either of the mules and the brisket are always my favorites coming here. They have plenty of parking and restrooms. Wide beer, wine and cocktail menu. They asked if we had allergies to any food before ordering.

Ordered a bowl of soup to go with a roll instead of corn bread. Got back to work and my soup was not a bowl it was a cup and I had corn bread. Called Good Wood and the worker was offering for me to come back and get another bowl of soup. Do not have time to run back by there to fix your mistake. Will not be back any time soon.

I liked the dinner and I’m glad they weren’t cheap on the cake. Wish there were more Forrest items for ambulance. I wanted to feel more like I’m in the Forrest but felt like I was in millennial texas road house. But classier so not bad at all. The road outside smelt not good but that was at least two miles away so no concern there. My brother has become obsessed with gorillas and the French warehouse at the restaurant but idk if that was the staffs fault. Overall I will be back

Wonderful staff, wonderful environment… Delicious 9/10 food. Had the brisket with steak fries and potato salad, brisket with beans and steak fries, and a pulled pork with smash potatoes.
My only complaint with the food is the potato salad, which tastes store-bought. Could use some mustard and pickle juice if we really want to make it “mama’s”.

Not really recommend for a quick lunch/dinner but a nice slow meal where you enjoy your food and the company at your table.
Plan on spending $15-$25 per person, not including drinks. The serving portion size is worth the price, and did I mention the food was excellent!

Goodwood surprisingly might have the best Philly cheesesteak I’ve had in Utah & I love their potato salad. We’ve never left here disappointed. The service is good & the quality of food is solid.

They were quite busy on our arrival but we were still seated almost immediately. The menu choice was quite extensive but they were happy to make substitutions on anything. The food was delicious and I didn’t hear any complaints or negative comments from any of our party of six. I was particularly impressed with our young server, Allyah C. She always made eye contact which is nice to see these days and nothing was a problem. We will definitely be back!
