BEAUTIFUL “GRACE”
Quick service Drive-thru however I was so upset when I looked inside my bagel steak egg&cheese sandwich, there was no onions omg that brings the entire sandwich together! My feelings were so hurt, could not turn around, I was just done you know that feeling when your mouth is fixed for something especially when I haven’t had Mc Donald’s in over a year from deployment! Soooooo…….yeah

I’ve had repeated issues with the service from one particular team member at this location. The attitude at the window has been consistently negative, I believe customer service should be approached with a friendly and professional demeanor.

It’s McDonald’s…….just wanted a snack to get us through until we ate a few hours down the road. Fries were hot and fresh……where was the salt? Not a grain of salt on the large order. But again what can you expect from McDonald’s.

Updated 12/8/21. These are old oil cooked saturated crispy buttermilk chicken biscuits served me today. Note the oil soaked napkins and dark coloring…Runny soupy side of gravy. Dry non-buttery biscuits. Pathetic. This place used to be awesome

Worst McDonald’s ever…the staff doesn’t care about how the food is served and they have an attitude. The bun was burnt on my chicken sandwich, and the quarter pounder looked like it was tossed from across the kitchen. I certainly won’t be back!!

This was all the fried we get when ordering 2 large meals. They forgot one serving and the other one was half full, cold, undercooked and had no salt. We’ve been to this Mac a bunch of times as it’s the closest one but there is almost always something missing, they skimp on fries EVERY TIME and it’s usually old too.
I think the Dairy Queen 1 minute from this place would be a better option.

It has to be a right of passage to mess up orders at this restaurant. Go through the drive thru, the order is wrong when you get home and check. I know let’s order DoorDash, nope not going to give you all the food this time either. It baffles me how they manage to fill that place with so many incompetent people. Reading comprehension is not a requirement for this job at ALL.
