Amazing Japanese restaurant with impeccable service, perfect food, and a place that is beautifully organized, cozy, and welcoming. Every detail is well thought out, from the atmosphere to the presentation of the dishes.
The food is absolutely delicious and fresh. I could honestly eat here every single day! Without a doubt, one of the best Japanese dining experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!

Food was very meh for me. I was surprised this place was attached to a hotel and didn’t feel like a sushi restaurant. I did the all you can eat, which was not cheap for the quality of food. Most rolls had cream cheese in it, which is fine. The fried rolls seemed fried with bread crumbs which made it tough to eat. The menu could be easier to navigate—the all you can eat section has no descriptions, and the a la carte menu has so many items with no clear order, it was tricky to figure out what I wanted. The best thing about this place is the service. There were two people helping us and both were extremely pleasant even when some items were misplaced at another table or forgotten. We did not know gratuity was added on and we accidentally tipped more in cash.
Overall, I would not recommend this place. If you go, do the a la carte menu to try before doing all you can eat. Food looked beautiful but it didn’t match the taste.

Stayed at the hotel this restaurant is located on, which is whole other story. Decided to eat here because I got in pretty late and didn’t feel like fighting all the traffic coming from the parks. Ordered “mineral water” to drink and themost economical meal was the musashi-3 platter, which included 24 pieces of Nigiri or sashimi and seven rolls of your choice. Mineral water, at $2 a bottle, is nothing more than off-brand plastic bittled tap water. Its a rip off. The selection was pretty limited. The Nigiri only had five or six selections, and when I asked if they jad yellowtail, the response was “no”. Instead of a common sushi-grade fish, they served “white fish”. I have no idea what it was, or did the server. The food came out looking ok, the salmon was a brighter orange than I’m used and the whitefish on the rainbow roll was kind of yellow. I asked for a combination of salmon and tuna for the nigiri, and what I got was 22 piece of salmon and 4 pieces of tuna. Not really a combination. The flavor was pretty abscent. I dont think the fish was very fresh because the flavor just wasn’t popping. The tempura roll was cold and not fried in Panko. I also dont care for all the creamy dressings and glazes that have become the new American standard for sushi. What that stuff does is mask the taste of older fish. The salmon skin roll was crunchy, ut had a taste like it was fried a day earlier and sat around. Just an old, greasy taste. This was convenient because of the hotel, but its eally not worth it. Rolls are anywhere from 13 to 18 bucks, and you pay that for imitation crab meat. Not high quality. Additionally, they include a 20% tip on any size party, which is old tactic severs in NYC used to use. I was going to tip close to 20 anyway because the servers were nice, but just be aware that gratuity is. Ot mandatory, especially if they include it on the bill. The younger me would have ever argued for them to take it off and left 10%, but i realize in the political arrangement we’re in today people need the income. Based on my opinion, I dont recommend this spot. I dont eat fast food but McDonald’s would have been cheaper and better. If you want sushi find an actual sushi restaurant.

It was a great experience. The Business Manager, Neil is accommodating and everyone is friendly. Sushi is great! Will definitely come back next time. There’s a bit of wait since it’s prepared meticulously but overall you get your money’s worth.

Matt was such an amazing server!! Absolutely loved him! Sushi was good, though kind of plain in my personal opinion. I think some maintenance work was being done on the building, so there was a little bit of a weird smell when we first walked in. But overall pretty good place 🙂

Nice establishment, good food. Worth the price if you like sashimi. Service was good but sometimes I got something different than what I ordered.

Tried this place for the first time tonight. Service was fantastic. We were instantly greeted by Neil, the manager, who sat us down and you could quickly tell he was a genuine advocate for the restaurant. He was quite personable, accommodating, and made some solid recommendations along the way as well.
Our server, Rayane, was incredibly sweet and attentive, while still giving my wife and me enough space to enjoy our time together.
We did the “all you can eat” menu. The food was presented well and we enjoyed a variety of delicious flavors including some unique choices we’d never seen elsewhere.
While going here was a spur of the moment decision, the day technically fell on our 10 year wedding anniversary that we were officially going to wait to celebrate until later in the week, but we’d had a craving for sushi and figured we’d still go out on the actual day. It being our anniversary casually came out in conversation and we didn’t think much else of it. Even still, Neil and Rayane made it special by bringing out a cheesecake that they custom decorated with chocolate piping on the plate to commemorate the occasion.
Sushi is probably one of our favorite things to indulge in when we go out to eat on date nights, so we’ve tried quite a few different places and have learned what we like and what we don’t like. Suffice to say that we will definitely be coming back to Musashi.
