Great experience at McDonald’s. The service was fast, friendly, and very professional. The restaurant was very clean and well organized, which made the visit even better.
You can tell this location really cares about cleanliness and customer service. Everything ran smoothly, and the staff did a great job. If you’re in the Calabasas area and looking for a clean, quick, and reliable place to eat, I definitely recommend stopping by.

I never have a good experience here. I used the drive through with a mobile order late at night last month..I got older Mexican lady who never stopped frowning. She did not get my order correct. The App sucks. You would think a company as big as McDonald’s would have an effective app. I had trouble again last Saturday when the app refused to let me enter my curbside pickup space. I was directed to go inside to get my order. I guess I did not get there fast enough from motel..half a block away. There was no record of my order inside. I brought up the app and hit order summary and there was no order number….in the order detail. I had already paid for it. So… I had to go to my email to get the order number. After a long wait..I finally got my order when a staff member threw the bag at me without asking me if I needed something. I did want catchup but she walked away after throwing my food at me. I waited a long time for someone to come to the counter. Many people were waiting…then I noticed catchup in a bin on the counter. I grabbed a few and left. I dislike the rude staff at this location.

Open on thanksgiving and I was craving fries too. I stopped by to get my quick McDonald’s fix.
I ordered a two cheeseburger large combo with fries and a sweet tea. The cheeseburgers tasted as expected, one of my favorite simple cheeseburgers that I’ve eaten since I was a kid. The fries were also pretty descent and the sweet tea was great. Hard to really judge customer service because of the kiosk style ordering, but from the brief interaction I’m pretty sure they’re all cool.
I’d definitely come back here again for a quick bite to eat.

I’ve never had to leave a review before for something like this. Not only were the workers rude for absolutely no reason, but the food made me sick. I was already shocked at the way I was treated in the drive through, but once I got sick, I was just pissed over everything that happened before even eating the food. Anytime, I’ve come here(rare so it shocks me that 98% of the time it’s just horrible customer service), I’ve been patient and kind to everyone. There’s no reason for someone to be rude to people who are just doing their job, but to be rude to clients that are nice to you, is not okay. You guys seriously need to do better. I will never come to this location again. The way I was treated was just horrible and I wouldn’t want others to experience not only horrible treatment for just making an order, but being sick as well. Please avoid it if you can, it is not the same as it was years ago.

Like most McDonald’s it is short staffed. Because of this the dining room is dirty, there is not enough staff to assist when one needs something like salt or a paper to-go bag. The staff just seem to need more hands. Perhaps that would bring back their smiles. Or better pay? Either way I’m certain they are doing the best they can with what they have, but the shorthandedness does impact the whole experience here.

This store was garbage I went with the lads and then they proceed to not give us the food after some half brain dad was crashing out cause he didnt get his 3% cupon then he proceeds to make the workers reset the machines to order. Us thinking that we were going to recive our food we waited 30 mins and then proceed to never give us the said food. and then after waiting some time I go up to the worker that doesnt speak english and I ask for a refund/or my food but then they proceed to tell me that “I need a recipt” but I they dont get one cause it comes out when the food comes out so I try to explain it to the worker behind the counter and then they say “Hold on” Then proceed to give me 20 dollars less of food and give me a 10 mc nugget and a large fry instead of the Flieo fish diet coke 10 mc nugget large frys and a ice cold Dr P and My lad I was with proceeded to order the same exact meal. But then I tried to explain it to the worker but they said i needed a recipet and then I just went and cried in my room after this horrible experience.

I would like to file a complaint about the service I received at your McDonald’s location. I was waiting at the counter for about five minutes before anyone came to take my order. The manager, Christopher, looked at me twice but didn’t acknowledge or assist me.
When he finally took my order, it was made incorrectly. I tried to let him know, but he refused to come over to fix the mistake or address the issue. His attitude was unprofessional and dismissive.
I visit McDonald’s often and usually have good experiences, but this situation was disappointing. I hope management will address this behavior so it doesn’t happen again.

Terrible service. I was waiting to be served and called on the intercom about 4 or 5 times, but received no help. I went to the window, and the employee answered me rudely, asking why I hadn’t ordered through the intercom. I explained that I hadn’t received any help, and he rudely told me to park anyway. They need to replace this kind of staff.

Extremely rude manager asked if I was a customer when I asked for a drink refill, then asked to see my receipt to make sure 30 minutes hadn’t passed. When I showed manager Maribel my receipt she looked at me with anger. I thought it was a joke. I go here weekly and spend hundreds a year here easily. They have lost my business.

All good, we order signature burgers, cooked on order, and were ready in record time. The only caveat though is that they need to pay more attention to the restroom… kind of neglected and odorous…Otherwise, everything else very clean, and attended, nice employees, good service.
