We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. As a proud mexican, I need to point out that the beans I had as a side were just beans from the can with chopped veggies. My two cents to improve this blasphemy is to cook the beans with some sauce until the consistency gets ticket. You can easily develop a simple but delicious sauce.

This was a great find for us while in town for the weekend! The portions are massive, and the food is excellent. We loved the ricotta pancakes and breakfast burrito. Do expect to wait, but you can sometimes sit right away at the communal table. I do wish it had been more clear we could just sit at the communal table and skipped the wait, but we had a great experience here.

Love the food here! We have a lovely Saturday morning breakfast at one of their various Pittsburgh area locations at least twice a month. They have excellent coffee, great friendly service, and some pretty dang delicious seasonal fare to boot. Most of the time it’s a great experience overall – with one caveat. What’s up with the inconsistent black beans?
I love the breakfast tacos in all their iterations, which usually come with a side of black beans. When they’re good, they’re good, but it seems more often than not, they come out cold. Not only is a cold bowl of black beans unappetizing when I’m expecting a hot one, it seems like a possible food safety issue.
I would love to see more consistency- sometimes the dish is more liquid than beans; most of the time they’re barely lukewarm; and on more than one occasion they’ve been stone cold. I love my black beans with my breakfast, I’d just also love them to be hot.

Good breakfast place. Generally well attended. I imagine on the weekend they’re probably very busy. I had no problem getting a space to have breakfast this morning. Food was good in the service was good. Fairly basic atmosphere but that’s what I would expect

Omg. Where do I begin? Today’s brunch with my son was one of the greatest dining experiences I’ve had.
From Alex graciously greeting us with a smile and leading us to our booth, Shannon provided us the best service possible and was very attentive to our needs. The chef obviously made my son’s pancakes with love. You can tell.
