The food is delicious, the service is good, the price is affordable. Looking forward to trying the holiday meals.

Ordered take out on our way to hospice for family spending time with a passing family member. No utensils, napkins, or condiments were in the bag. No surap for the French toast, no ketchup for the french fries. 2 orders were combined in 1 container. Disappointed and aggravated.

Everything was pretty normal. While checking out I wasn’t too impressed with the assistant manager as he processed my receipt. He was not super cordial and failed to ask if I wanted to put my tip on the gift card (it would have used the rest of the card and we supplemented it at the table)…….. After I went to add the tip, he mentioned “oh the ticket is already closed so we can’t add to it. “. Not a big deal but a little unprofessional and something I would expect a manager not to overlook. Regardless, the food was good and our waitress took good care of us.

Totally disappointed. This Bob evans was not very good at all. I ordered a salad and the feta cheese was in small cubes , hunks of lettuce not good at all. The breakfast biscuits looked like they came straight out of a can. And the cheese on the biscuit wasn’t melted just a slice of cheese dropped on top. The sausage patties also were not tasty at all. The eggs I guess that was suppose to be scrambled. Idk but my grandson wouldn’t eat it. The service was ok. Nothing special a bit slow. Would definitely not recommend this Bob Evans

First visit to a Bob Evans in several years. The food had lots of little burnt pieces, likely from the cook not keeping the grill clean. Eggs overcooked. Dining room was a little dirty. We could hear what appeared to be the manager complaining that he didn’t want to be there but was “stuck”. Typical bare minimum expectations from a private equity owned business.

Bob Evans is a verifiable landmark. I’ve never had a “bad experience” in any of their establishments. I recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing, delicious meal.

We went there to eat tonight, I planned on getting breakfast but saw the new bbq menu they had so I gave it a shot. I had the bbq beef dinner without ranch and so did my dad, because the picture looked really good! When ours came, the portions were tiny compared to the picture on the menu. Mine had an uncooked or very underdone potato in it, otherwise it wasn’t bad. The cashier asked how everything was and we told her, she seemed to not care that we didn’t have the best dining experience. Attached is a picture of the dinner I had. I did have one bite before this picture, though. Overall we were pretty disappointed tonight.

I ordered food today for my entire family, cost me $60+ all the food tasted like leftovers. Even the banana bread was old. I was missing an entire meal which I’m still trying to resolve for over an hour now! Just as proof I’m going to attach a photo of my “breaded honey butter chicken” we still tried to eat what we did get but literally everything I ordered was absolutely awful.and the customer is not helpful at all! Do not recommend at all! **Update 4 days later I would like to add I was never refunded for the food that I didn’t even receive or the inedible food. Nothing! I even called corporate with no response left a message and no call back

Why would Bob Evans sausage taste terrible at the restaurant? I love it home but what was on the plate today just didn’t taste right. Eggs were ok and hash browns were fine. But one reason to go to Bob Evans is for the sausage.
