I can’t wait until the day that this location closes, just like the Applebee’s in town! Have this only location to choose from within Paola and Osawatomie. Not that I need to explain that I am picking up an order to take home to my son, but to have the woman working this afternoon hand me out the FROZEN drink only to tell me go wait in the #1 spot and sit with the drink melting in the hot weather while they serve 3 other people also waiting is absolutely ridiculous! Not only was she rude about us having to wait, she left the drink on the counter inside to continue to melt! Then she had the nerve to send an employee out with the now completely liquefied frozen coke to serve me.
I took that drink right back in to have it remade, meanwhile the food now getting cold. The adults that this location hires are always completely rude, provide lousy service and just make it harder on the young inexperienced staff. I absolutely don’t blame the young staff, but completely hold the adults responsible for the continued terrible service, food and constant waiting in lines. Would love to see this McDonald’s close! Get a better establishment with ownership that actually cares about the food, service and training of the staff!
I will not bother giving this location my hard earned money anymore. I’ve given this store way too many opportunities to improve!

Granted, it was lunchtime so it might be understandable why the drink station and dinning area weren’t clean, however; my sandwich had to be remade because the order taker entered it wrong-it was supposed to be McRib, lighter sauce with no pickles (due to allergy) and it arrived w/no onions and had maynaiase and mustard on it-like what?!/how?!, lol. Sandwich was remade correctly (after I personally told the manager on duty because I could hear the order taker relaying it wrong again) I told the manager it wasn’t the order rakers fault, that I could see how hard she was working just to keep the peace and get my lunch.

Got two burgers, both were burnt! McDonald’s isn’t as cheap as it used to be and I expect quality I pay for from any restaurant, fast food or otherwise! Disappointed on this visit! Fries were good and fresh tho!

Literally just had the best quarter pounder of my life here. The bun was soft and warm, the meat was cooked perfectly and sooooo juicy, and the onions were nice and crisp! The nuggets were nice and hot and crispy, so perfect! All the ladies who took my order, served my drink, and brought out my food were so polite and sweet. 10/10!

Quite possibly the worst McDonald’s in the country. Constantly getting simple orders wrong drive-thru backed up for no apparent reason always out of fries you name it it’s the worst. Simple order today ordered two $5 value meals got home and one of the hamburgers in the value meal was missing. I even had to wait for my food at one of the pull-up spots and the order was still wrong. UPDATE, went back again Sunday 11/23. Had to repeat my order no less than 5 times because the girl taking my order couldnt speak or understand the english language. What kind of management think this is a good idea? Even the person taking the payment said, “Yeah, she doesn’t speak very good english” Im baffled

Oh my goodness! Went here at 9:30 tonight 10/15/25 and had the hottest, freshest, most delicious McDonald’s we have had in ages!! Perfect order and all people in the drive-thru were so friendly! Thank you for a great experience!

I come in here for breakfast when in a pinch but the last few times have been horrible. Coffee was cold food was burnt in some parts but some parts still managed to be cold. Like they burned it and just let it sit in a bag for a long time. Staff was kind except for a few but I will not be coming back here regardless. Save your money and go to Burger King Across the street.

Maybe 60% time, my order is accurate and prepared correctly. There is almost always a problem. Getting served a rare burger isn’t unusual.

We go through the drive thru once a week or so. The screen in one of the lanes is broken, making it difficult to make sure they heard my order correctly. Would love to see this fixed asap.
