I love the burgers here! It’s a chilled area, quick service and it’s clean! I enjoy the atmosphere, I honestly don’t like heavy & crowded restaurants while I dine in lol so I come here because service it’s always on the spot. Quick and my food it’s always hot! 07/18/2025: I picked up some dinner to go at Shake Shack in Las Colinas and got 2 burgers, 2 fries, and an order of fried pickles. Everything was great.
Ms. Sonya took my order because I couldn’t do my modifications at the self checkout screens. She was friendly and professional. While waiting to for my order, I saw that she was consistent with helping other guests that came into the restaurant.
My major complaint with this location was that the AC was not working that day. It was likely at least 80-82 degrees inside. The shades were down and the AC could not keep up. It was around 93-94 degrees at that time outside.
I felt bad for the employees working. I wouldn’t recommend eating inside with the AC not working properly.

Shake Shack in Las Colinas is a fantastic spot to hang out and enjoy a delicious burger. I gave it 4 stars mainly due to the higher price point. Burgers range from $6 to $12, and that’s without fries or drinks.
For our visit, we ordered 5 burgers, fries, 2 drinks, and a milkshake, which came to about $69.
That said, the burger quality is outstanding. I tried the double-patty Black Truffle Burger, and the truffle sauce was absolutely incredible—rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. However, one thing I noticed was that the green leaf lettuce didn’t hold up well as a bun alternative for a protein-style burger. I’d recommend they consider using iceberg lettuce instead, as it’s sturdier and pairs better with hot patties.
The staff were exceptional—pleasant, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Their positive attitude truly made the experience enjoyable and memorable.
The atmosphere is another highlight. The space is modern, welcoming, and has plenty of room, making it a great place to gather with friends or family.
Overall, Shake Shack in Las Colinas is definitely worth visiting if you’re in the mood for a high-quality burger and a laid-back vibe—just be prepared for premium pricing.

I’m giving this all five stars. It’s my first time eating shake shack and I was greeted by the shift manager named Stephen.
He was very knowledgeable about the menu, and the food was top notch. I’ve been craving a good burger and I think I found my new favorite spot.
If corporate sees this review, give Stephen a raise. You should hire him to open up your future locations.

Shake shack with cherry peppers is my order! Sometimes, I’ll do a lettuce wrap but it doesn’t really hold well. I’ve tried the gluten free bun option is just dry and sad – don’t do it. I am not usually a cheese fry love buttttt lately the new spicy fries with cheese has been making me crave it! Also, a few TVs to watch any sports Anywho, nothing crazy special just your go-to fast food burger place. I gave it a 5 because I’ve never had issues at this location

We grabbed burgers and fries to go. The food was packaged well and the staff was friendly. We loved how the burger was not greasy at all. However, the fries tasted like old oil, like it was time to change it. We would come here again!

We decided to try Shake Shack today for a late lunch. We both got the avocado bacon burgers and crinkle fries. We also got the cookies and cream shake. The burgers were amazing, and the fries were delicious. The shake was addictive and amazing.

Ordered chicken shack through uber eats around 10:15 pm .. burned bread ,, not sure what they thought sending the burned bun,, .. what made u think u can deliver this to customer .. should be reported to food department .. photo attached also reported to uber .. negligence at its peak

Meh. The food is good. I ordered ahead to save time and the app gave 4:00p (20-minute lead time). That was fine because I was still 6 minutes away and waiting 15 minutes for good food was fine. Once I finished the order and already paid the time updated to 4:20p. Never going to try that again unless I’m ordering well ahead.
