I had a disappointing experience at this Taco Bell location off I-95. I ordered using the Taco Bell mobile app about 15 minutes in advance, which is exactly how I always place my Taco Bell orders. When I walked into the store, I expected my order to be ready on the pickup shelf, but it was nowhere to be found.

I asked an employee about my order, and she didn’t even seem to be aware that it existed. It took her a few minutes to dig through the system and actually locate it. Only after that did they start making my food, which then took an additional 5 to 10 minutes.

To be fair, the employee who helped me was very nice. However, this situation completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead through the app. This has never happened to me before at every Taco Bell location I have been to, and it’s not what I expect when using the Taco Bell mobile ordering system.

Overall, it was an inefficient and frustrating experience, especially for a location right off a major highway where speed and convenience should be a priority.

Paid twice for food because something went wrong with the kiosk. Only got 1 order made was told the money would go back to my account. Was told to check back with management the following day if money didn’t come back. Called the next day to talk with management and was told they could remake my order. Almost $70 gone and had to just allow them to be dishonest and take the money. Had no way to prove it because I was not given a receipt for either of the orders. Won’t be going back ever.

Ridiculous this use to be a good Taco Bell everytime I’ve ordered on to go or in store to go Ive had something wrong also got a 5 layer burrito nothing but beans and sour cream. Someone really should pay more attention when making orders especially online one where your customer spend more never ordering online or from this Taco Bell again. Nothing was right at all!!!

My photo explains it all. I pulled back around to exchange for a nacho and cheese which I got with my mom’s order on the app because clearly they don’t have twist. A you could have just gave me more twist but one of the workers said it’s an upcharge when it’s not, it’s a choice between the two on the app. They barely give me chips but cool I’m not going to trip. Now that I get home I am missing an item. This has happen many times at this location. If I’m waiting 10 mins for my order it should be right. And if you’re out of something or short don’t sell it simple! I won’t be back to this location because they are garbage. I do appreciate the good cs from the girl at the drive through. I hope you get a better job girl! Both me and my mom’s order was also wrong

There were 6 employees currently working at that time…
So it all boils down to the employees
Imma need y’all to stop wondering around and looking lost..
I’m pretty sure there is something else y’all could be doing…

The food was soggy and barley any filling at all. My husband gets the grilled steak burrito and it it flipped over when he took it out the wrapper. I got the crunch wrap supreme and there was more shell than filling. Absolutely horrible stop on the way home

This Taco bell does not deserve even 1 star
Worst taco bell I have been to lately. My order was very simple.
two steak chaluppas paid $9.91 and this is what I got, check the picture, it is shame, for a piece of bread fill with lettuce no cheese, two pieces of tomato and two to three pieces of meat. As I went to , maybe 3 pieces of meat and a whole lot of lettuce
I wish the GM or someone from the corporate office would do something about it. I did made a complaint online at taco bell co-op office but no response Been like this for a while.
Very miserly with all ingredients for the price charge, it would be better if you eat at Subways or somewhere else
