I come here multiple times because its the closest taco bell near me and I’ve forgiven plenty of times but honestly I’m done. I’m done with the neglance and carelessness the night crew has for their customers. Tonight, I order two discovery boxes and the only substitutions I asked was, instead of cinnamon stick, nachos cheese and chips. When came I home, I received my nachos cheese and chips but no beef chalupas, in my opinion the beef chalupa is the main course. The fact is I have NOT once received my order correctly in at least in the past few months. Honestly, probably no one is going to read this comment or even care but I work customer service and this is just plain sad. People just don’t cate care anymore. IF YOU DON’T LIKE WORKING FOR PEOPLE THEN FIND A DIFFERENT JOB!!!!!!!!!!

This is completely unacceptable. I ordered a grilled cheese burrito (which is almost $6) and this is what I get. Literally smaller than a value menu burrito and just thrown in the bag barely wrapped up. I ordered two, and both looked the same.

I am fairly frustrated. I spent nearly $70 to feed 5 people. This is the first time I’ve been to Taco Bell in months.
I went inside to order since I had a large order.
1st – I tried to order via the app. It gave me an error after I spent a good 15 minutes putting the order together and making customizations. I lost the potential to save nearly $10 with the online deal I had. I can forgive that, ok. It’s technology.
2nd -The girl at the register never made eye contact. She made me feel like I was bothering her.
3rd – After I placed the order and paid for it, I was advised they had no drink trays. Ok. I can cope. I’m not thrilled. I’ll have to strap the drinks in somehow because I only have 2 cup holders in my vehicle and I’m by myself.
3rd – They were completely out of mild sauce. Only after I got my order and stepped over to the condiment station did I see they were out of mild sauce. They had none behind the counter. Most people may not care, but the mild sauce is part of the meal for me. It adds to the flavor of tacos. I should have been told they were out before I spent that much money for something I will not fully enjoy. They were not the least bit apologetic. The girl says, “No, we’re out” then immediately turns her back to me to do something else. A little apology for the inconvenience would have been something to redeem the situation.
I hope they do better for their customers in the future. Better training is needed. If they’re out of condiments, post a notice or something so customers have a choice.
If I had known there were no drink trays, I wouldn’t have ordered 4 combos.
These are things I will ask for in the future…before I place an order. Actually, I’ll probably call before I spend the gas money to get there.

I went through the drive-thru at Taco Bell and had a very concerning experience. While waiting at the window, I saw the employee preparing drinks had visible sores on her lip and kept touching them. She then handled the cups and food without washing her hands. It was honestly very unsanitary and made me worry about how many other orders were being handled that way.
I asked another worker to remake my order, which he did (and I appreciated that), but the same employee continued making other drinks while touching the open sores. This is a serious health and safety issue that needs to be addressed immediately. Customers should never have to worry about contamination when ordering food.

Absolutely horrible. Usually the service and food is pretty good. But this time it was so so bad. I ordered two nacho fry boxes on the app and i got a reward for a free doritos locos taco. Upon getting to the store i was told their fryers were down, and asked what i would like in exchange. I asked what i could get, and they offered cinnamon twists or chips and nacho cheese, neither of which are the same price as nacho fries. I said cinnamon twists, not really minding that I was losing out on a dollar or so. Got my food, got home and upon opening everything, it was a MESS. My dorito taco was SMASHED, my burritos were DRIPPING with grease, the soft tacos were falling apart and wrapped incorrectly, and for SOME REASON even though they didn’t give us any nacho fries, i still got the nacho cheese cups, one of which had a HAIR in it. They didn’t provide me with straws or napkins either. The sheer amount of grease that was on this food was way more than usual. I understand fast food is supposed to be greasy, but this was overkill. Everything was so disappointing. Sad. I’m not even sure how to go about getting a refund either.

The one at the window was very polite and courterous. Order takers very monotone. Tacos and burritos were great. The Mexican pizza tho was smushed all on the box and on the outside of the box too. Can’t figure out how that happened. Wasn’t a deal breaker trip but it could have been just a bit better

I’ve never had a problem with my order or my food or the service at this Taco Bell. Granted I don’t go very often and I usually would go around lunchtime. I’ve been at midnight twice and that wasn’t bad either, order was correct and food was warm. Never been inside so I can’t speak to the cleanliness. I will actually drive past the other Taco Bell around here to go to this one instead.

Placed an online order and when I got home the order was incorrect. Called the restaurant and the manager said if I would come back they would remake the order. So I went back for a remake and they got the order wrong again. Also the soft taco shells were old and dried out, crunchy around the outside. Called back and again and the manager said they were short staffed. I can see that being the reason they were slow getting order ready but not for getting it incorrect twice. And there was nobody else in the driver thru and only 3 or 4 cars in the parking lot.
