The food was really good. Made fresh and served hot. Our server was amazing and super friendly. The restaurant needs a bit of an overall, but it was relatively clean. Wasn’t super busy, so we were served quickly, and like I said, the food was fresh and hot.

I ordered crafted burger for me . It came with nothing inside looking small and weird. No any sign of fried onion , mushroom or Cajun sauce . When I told the waitress about that she said she will bring those missing stuff separately. When she did , the burger was completely cold . Very dirty bathrooms , dirty floors , curtains, dirty broom was sitting at the entrance when we went in. When we started the order we have to return the menu waitress gave us as it was greasy and very sticky. We will never return there again .

My husband and I had dinner at another local restaurant and had a terrible experience. We decided to stop in to have a drink before we called it a night. Z was amazing. We ended up staying for a couple drinks and delicious dessert. She turned our night completely around; I’m glad we stopped in. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!

I haven’t been to an Applebee’s in years, and this was just an utter disappointment. It was a party of 6, which they clearly didn’t want to serve. We were noticed, but not acknowledged, and many staff walked around laughing like we aint know the deal. We waited to be seated for 20 minutes in a dead restaurant. We were seated at half cleaned tables in a dirty section. I had the Blue Long Island Iced tea, which was weak, even with a shooter added. For food, I had the nachos, which were actually good(even though they still gave me the guacamole I told them to leave out), and the four cheese Mac & cheese w/ honey peppered tenders…which was why I came…but was greatly disappointed because those weren’t the tenders it used to come with. Idk if they switched it and didn’t think to tell me, or it’s just the new way they make it. Others in my party were disappointed as well, wrong flavors, etc…Jessica was our server and the server to most of the tables who had people. She put her best customer service face on and did her job accordingly answering questions and giving recommendations. We did have an interaction with the manager due to them lacking the ingredients to fulfill some of what we ordered. And also because one of the girls in my party found several strands of hair in her drink. Like mixed in with ice at the bottom of her glass. We were there almost 30 minutes after closing getting that rectified…at least the manager did try to do that. And yet, despite the lack of cleanliness and hospitality, we still tipped our server. I just doubt we’ll ever return to this location.

I love Applebee’s food in the atmosphere is usually good. Unfortunately, at this Location on this visit, we were seated at a table right away. Waited over 15 minutes to see a server who never showed up. We moved to the bar and the bartender was fantastic, took very good care of us. It really saved our night.

If I could give a zero I would , There was no acknowledgment to be seated we waited about 46 minutes.. The place was not busy at all . then when we finally got seated waited about another 20 minutes to order Let me tell you VERY HORRIBLE!!!!! From start to end. I do not recommend at all..they need ALL NEW STAFF ! EVEN DOWN TO THE MANGER !! NASTY ATTITUDE when telling her the food was cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted.. I asked for medium rear my steak came back well well done . Definitely in need of new Training too and it was my first time going to this Applebee’s

Came in and it wasn’t too busy. They greeted us promptly and friendly. The server Paisley was upbeat and patient with us. After she left to get our drinks, a homeless man came up to our table and asked us for food. We didn’t know what to say as he caught us off guard. The manager, Dewayne (sp?) rushed over and instead of causing a scene he handled the situation with so much professionalism. He escorted the homeless man out. 5 minutes later, we saw him give the guy a drink and something to eat. Compassion and professionalism! The rest of the experience was matched with their vibe! (This is my sangria already partly drank but so yummy!)

Called in a to-go order, and they said 20 minutes. When I got there in that time frame, I still had to wait maybe 10 minutes. The place wasn’t busy at all. Was thinking food would be hot and fresh. My hotel was right down the street, maybe 6 minutes away. All of the food was lukewarm. Was thinking having to wait an extra 10min food would have been more hot. I got there boneless chicken wings.A k a chicken nuggets not worth the movery small amount. I now remember why I haven’t eaten at an Applebee’s in years.

Jordan was the best server. He was very attentive and observant. He brought us everything we needed before we even had to ask. Great manners, kind, and curious. I would go back just to have him as our waiter again.
