Get ready for the worst fries I’ve ever had at McDonald’s in my entire life. If anyone goes for McDonald’s, it’s typically for the fries. It sure isn’t for anything healthy. I want a nice treat and eat some garbage and can’t even achieve that. Floppy and mushy. Absolutely terrible. They’re in the oven as we speak trying to get them crispy enough to eat just ridiculous and don’t even get me started on how the monopoly game points that I’ve saved for ever. We’re all lost because of a glitch in the game. I’ve probably eaten at McDonald’s for the last time.

Went there today got some ice cream and they didn’t mix it correctly or add the right products into our ice creams they put coffee mix into them you can obviously tell that chocolate isn’t the normal fudge chocolate and when I called to see about a refund or remake they hung up the phone and sent me to voicemail. Terrible service terrible food would like to speak with a manager!

Ordered mobile order and had my son pick it up. They forgot the drink that comes with the happy meal, no cheese on the hamburger, no extra fry. Fries were cold and soggy. Did not read or get anything that ordered correct.

I am a regular McDonald’s customer and usually have a decent experience, but this visit was frustrating. I placed order #1903 on July 28, 2025 at 7:03AM and picked up breakfast for my family. I live 20 minutes away in Harris County, so I waited until I got home to eat. That’s when I noticed most of the order was wrong.
The Bacon Egg and Cheese Bagel was missing the egg completely. I also ordered a Spicy Egg McMuffin and received a Spicy Sausage McMuffin with no egg. The family member that ordered the egg McMuffin doesn’t eat sausage, so that item went to waste. The only parts of the order that were correct were the two burritos and the BEC bagel.
While the food that was made tasted okay, the order mistakes really affected the whole experience. For what I’m paying, I expect more attention to detail. It’s frustrating to drive that far only to end up with the wrong food, especially when it impacts my whole family’s meal.

Asked for a water with a happy meal and was charged an upcharge for it. She was very rude. Said there was no way to put it in because it’s “technically free” but they have to put it as an upcharge for a sweet tea because there is “no other way”. Obviously water does not come with happ meal. You will be charged extra for it and given attitude.

When I come to this McDonalds there is always a wait. & they are not accommodating or anything. I literally went to a fast food place to avoid getting out the car and I still had to get out because they had me parked for at least 10-15 minutes. Then to make things worse cars that were behind me were getting their food and driving off.

Well they charged me $1.59 for a large glass of ice when they used to charge you 5 years ago a dollar for a large drink and then the young man was unable to make change and finally gave me $0.75. so he still shorted me $0.02 which is kind of funny. Why would I go back to this place and then the diet Coke I believe is a Coke?

If your not drive thru or door dash they don’t care about you everyone will get there food before you just so they don’t have long wait times they take your order off the screen and never have receipt paper in the kiosk so you can’t leave a bad review
