Staff is nice, food is good. I got the kids meal with steak, guacamole, pinto beans, and two tortillas. Good amount of protein post gym if you want something small. Its a little difficult to hear the staff, sweet staff member couldn’t hear us well and accidentally messed up my order. Maybe turn the music down just a tad because I felt bad for him. Floor could use a good sweeping but that’s really it. Bestie devoured her bowl so they delivered.

This is one of the nicer Chipotle’s I’ve been to. The food is consistent service is great always a good experience. We got 2 burrito bowls 1 chicken and the other was carnitas. The chicken was well seasoned and the carnitas were ok. Overall a solid location to visit.

This location has disappointed me for the last time.
The staff are rude and seriously need an attitude check. It doesn’t matter how nice you are, they will roll their eyes at you and give you attitude regardless.
They skimp out on the meat, never have the fajita veggies available, and their food has made me sick not just once, but multiple times.
Today was my breaking point and I had to say something.
I requested sour cream on my bowl and the kid who was making it LITERALLY dumped sour cream/water right on top of it and proceeded to box up my order. This is how it looks.

Placed an order through the app. When I picked up my order, no one bothered to tell me they were out of basically every ingredient. The excuse given was that they were extremely busy during the rush and it would take too long to prep more ingredients. I’m glad I checked my bag before I left the store. Otherwise, I would’ve gotten home and been even more disappointed. When I inquired, I was told that there was nothing they could do to compensate because I ordered and paid through the app. I was told to call customer service to complain. It was 2 hours before closing, that was insane that there wasn’t enough prep to prepare for the dinner rush.

The staff is nice, but this place is borderline condemable with the hygiene and cleanliness not to mention they are out of everything by 8pm everyday, and quite rude about it if you ask for something from the “togo” bar in the back. Unfortunately I work nights and this is when I come to enjoy it… although while the food tastes fine the environment and lack of basic options multiple hours prior to close on a daily basis tells me thete there is a lack of management consistency. I get it, it’s a hard job, but with 8 people working why does the lobby always look like this. Do better, the brand is going downhill.

I came in 45 mins before close and they were running out of protein very fast. When I got up to the front I noticed they were out of the only protein I like so I asked him if they were making more. The employee turns around asks the cook and he said no. No??? they’re too worried about closing 45 mins earlier than they actually close than to get some protein on the line because I promise u like 3 other groups of teens came in after this. horrible

This is the guacamole I got with my order today… not only is the container half full but it looks brown, Old and disgusting. What baffles me is the staff that is scooping this up have eyes and you still serve this garbage? I paid for this and can’t even eat it. Staff is clearly careless which reflects on the manager too. This is easily the most inconsistent Chipotle in the area. I picked up an order and the bowls were barely half full. The guac was already black, the chips were stale, and the brown rice was undercooked. I’ve complained multiple times, but nothing ever seems to change. Unfortunately, this is the closest location to me, so I keep giving it another chance—only to be disappointed again. At this point, I’m honestly surprised it’s still open.

We were there last night at 7:00PM. I got the next to last “bowl” in the store. Everyone after us had to have burritos. We asked for brown rice and had to wait for more to be made. We went to get our drinks and utensils, and unbelievably, they had no forks. We asked for two at the check-out and were told they had none in the store. Fortunately, we won’t make the 20 minute drive here as there is another location 5 minutes from our house. They were busy, so I guess that explains why the dining area, tables and chairs were filthy…rice, lettuce and napkins everywhere.
