Went through the drive thru for a burger, asked for a combo and they didn’t ask me what size.
So I tapped on the widow and the girl (Olivia) just put her finger up like wait and just kept doing what she was doing.
There was a nice young man who asked me what I needed and I told him.
Then she comes with my soda with an attitude, and asked what I wanted.
The onion rings were good but only 5 in the box. For an upcharge just ridiculous.

Came in and it was ok service. Got our food and my child got spicy chicken sandwich. He took one bite and I noticed green blue color in the bun. Mold. I was told that they “just” sent back buns before for this issue. And got a new batch just recently. Mold is unacceptable. got refunded. But still.

Carl’s Jr. has some of the best sandwiches around. The employees are pleasant, and the food is served hot. However, they recently removed the salt and pepper from their counter. Making people beg for a couple of packets of salt and pepper is incredibly cheap, aggravating, and mean-minded. Even if you ask for it up front when ordering, there is a 90% chance it won’t be there when the food arrives. Please correct this problem.

Food was good and dinning was clean and stocked. The service was bad. The front counter person was not a positive person but looked passed off. Had to repeat 2 my order then after placing order and receiving food I still had to ask twice to get my milkshake. The front counter acted like they hated their job and was not nice at all.

The gentleman working drive thru parked us he brought out the wrong order. I went inside and told him. There was a gentleman waiting he was upset. I had apparently received his. They rebagged it tried to give it to him (health department violation) the man asked for his money back and refused the order.

We travelled to Prescott from the UK. We tried the double burgers first time served by Jordyn. Then 2 days ago served by Rhonda. Then again this morning served by Rhonda. Middle visit we had breakfast sandwiches. This last visit we had burgers. Fresh, tasty, made to order. Definitely recommend the food. The staff are excellent friendly knowledgeable and very helpful. The HR department are definitely recruiting the right people.

I have to say, I had a very good experience at this location today. I was greeted nicely by the manager when I entered the store. A young woman took my order and she was very pleasant. I even saw them walking orders out to the tables people were sitting at. My meal was hot and tasted great. I really felt appreciated as a customer. Thanks guys! Good well done!
