All these reviews are accurate.. I’ve had a super long day, it’s been rough. Didn’t wanna cook or wait for DoorDash so I placed a mobile order and headed to pick it up as they’re the closet to us.. first off attitude is terrible. “So what did you order” like isn’t it supposed to tell you since I placed it online.. wanted to avoid this hence why I placed it online. “You got a 20 piece nugget.. um ok” like why are we judging? I haven’t ate all day and almost went to bed hungry because the mood I’m in is horrible. Get to the window. No greeting nothing. My drinks are sitting there. Whatever. Got the order 10-15ish minutes later, baby now screaming in the car.. didn’t wanna even bother check it as they just shut all the lights off just headed home. To realize they forgot the cookies. I won’t waste my time again with this place. They never fail to mess up but today out of all days just was it for me. I wouldn’t have ordered so late as well if everything didn’t say they’re open till 3:30am.

Would give zero stars if i could.
Couple mornings I was criticized because I ordered 2 hashbrowns and the opener is never ready when the store is open. And it is always a huge wait for food no matter what time I go or how many people are in line. Today I placed my order (6am) and went to go pick it up and they still were not open. Said I could cancel the order in the app to get my refund and when I try it says they are already preparing my order so I cannot cancel and get my money back so i now have to wait until lunch for my order to automatically cancels before i will know if i get my money back.
This mcdonalds is trash and has very poor management.

1st drive-thru visit,got the wrong order.2nd visit 2 weeks later,they had no breakfast burritos,and the drive-thru attendant was inattentive and rude. These are NOT best practices in customer service and retention.I won’t be back.

Brought my kids here to have lunch and was pretty disgusted with the state of the dining area surrounding the play place. There were multiple ants crawling in/on trash in the bin (how in middle of December?) and I happened to turn around to check out the corner behind me and it literally felt like I was eating in my garage; filled with cobwebs and dead bugs from the floor to as high up as I could see. Gave 3 stars for food because it came out hot but the dead bugs made me cringe because I can only imagine what the kitchen might look like. Service was fine. Can’t say that I’ll return to or order from this location again.

I just visited this location and provided the employee with my online mobile banking order number, and I was instructed to move forward. When I reached the first window, a random worker accused me of cutting someone off and started interrogating me about something I had no clue about. I gave her my order number, but instead of apologizing for her outburst, she simply told me to pull forward with an unpleasant smirk on her face. The service was extremely rude. She’s fortunate I maintained my composure; I was on the verge of losing my temper with her. What a way to ruin someone’s Friday.

Took 25 minutes to order an egg McMuffin meal. After 10 minutes of waiting just for kicks I put it in order for a moons over my hammy at Denny’s before I receive my order at the drive-thru I got an email from Denny saying my order was ready for pickup. This place is a joke. Takes longer than a sit-down restaurant to get overpriced. Less quality food.
Edit: Owner replying telling me to go to another link to type this again! If you’re the owner, take my feedback, and go to that link, and submit the information. Why would I spend more of my time on this? Do you understand that your location has already inconvenienced me, and many others? Do you really think this is an appropriate response to criticism? As you’ve obviously read my review, you now know there is an issue with your drive through, and you aren’t doing anything about it. I’m shocked you’re allowed to have the franchise at all. I guesntee if I made a recording of a typical morning at your store, and just emailed McDonalds corporate with some context, you might have to do something.
Skip this McDonalds folks! Dennys is right next door, cheaper/same prices for double/triple the food – the food is also fresher, and they make it faster. This store struggles to microwave frozen meats. Save your money!

The lady at the window told me I had to pull up and wait in the parking lot until they get my food out to me. I told her I don’t have time. Forget it. Can I get my money back? She laughed and said well you’re going to wait longer in line if you want your money back. I asked are you threatening to keep me in line because you’re mad that I want a refund and then she asked if I wanted to speak to her manager which I said no. I’m late for work and I left.
I likely won’t be getting my money back, and it’s clear the food was never made. I can spend 2-3 hours working through their support portal to ask if I have my 10 dollars back, but it’s not worth the time.
Worst experience at a McDonalds I’ve had in my entire life. For the record, I ordered 2 biscuit sandwiches. It takes Rogers McDonalds 35+ minutes to microwave a sandwich. I ended up getting a sandwich at Holiday, and it only took 3 minutes to walk in the door, Microwave my sandwich, pay, and get in my car. Do you need some advice on how to operate a Microwave?
Absolutely embarrassing and upsetting. Complete embarrassment of the McDonalds brand.

I would suggest counter pick up don’t wait in drive thru. Way faster because app knows when to get ready when your close.
