Worst Applebee’s I’ve ever been to, I never really come here anyway, but my daughter wanted to come for her birthday, haven’t been to this location since a past birthday of hers 7 years ago. It was awful service then, and not much better today. Over an hour to get seated and the restaurant wasn’t that busy. I don’t know if they’re just short staffed, or the manager doesn’t staff enough, but tables were left with dirty dishes for at least 30 minutes. Food came out cold. Definitely won’t be back.

The Food was great. I ordered the Monster Burger and my Woman had the Tacos. Sweet Tea for both.
The only issue I had was the Table. One of the Legs of the Table had 9 Beer Coasters under it and that became an issue to be addressed.
The Services was okay but it still took too long. The Atmosphere had a lot of people at the Bar watching Basketball, Duke game.

Let’s start with the waitress she asked what we wanted to drink and we told her then she brought our drinks to us and said do you know what you want and we give us a few more minutes one later came back said same thing, so we just ordered brought appetizers to us no plates then brought our food and then came by two times and says everything OK never asked us if we needed a refill or anything. Very unprofessional and they were not busy . Will not be back

We were lucky to get a table quickly. Server was very nice, but it was only her third day working so not able to offer suggestions. I got just the soup…which came in about a 4ounce bowl that was half full. Not even worth the $5 charge. Husband got a Mexican salad that he can’t even recall what was in it so obviously nothing great.

I didn’t even get to try the food. I was seated and promptly ignored for 20 mins so I left. I work in food service and have waited tables for years and have never just ignored a new table. I hate to do this because I love Applebee’s and having recently moved here from an area where there are no Applebees I was super excited to be able to eat here again. I could understand if the restaurant was busy but there was only 3 tables occupied and a couple at the bar so really not to much of an excuse to be ignored

Worst experience with Applebees. Waited an 45mins for a table of 6 finally was able to get sat, and tried to sit us at separate booths saying the table was broken when the table was perfectly fine, and they finally sat us all together at the table then waited a hour half for our food while other people around us was getting there food before us then finally when are food comes out it’s lukewarm and we’re missing an order. The manager on shift didn’t know how to mange anything couldn’t take accountability for nothing. Never come here unless you want to wait forever for cool food and bad management.

The waitress put the bill to the wrong table. She correct it. Brought the right tablet over. She put the card through and then goes I’m so sorry. I hit no tip. So I gave her cash tip. She was very friendly. For me to get home and she tip herself already and lied about it.

The waitresses that was there last night was completely unprofessional. Ruined one of the only nights I’ve had out with my husband in a very long time. I still can’t understand what their intentions was but for some reason thought it was a good idea to come to our table with a smirk on her face claiming another waitress knew my husband. I don’t know if messing with someone’s marriage is comical to them or why they felt the need to come to our table and say that. Either way it was for us to leave without eating. Will not be back rather it be door dash or eat in.

This place was horrible i would rather of spent my time at mcdonalds by far worst experiance ever for my afternoon dinner if i could put 0 stars i would. took 45 mins to be seated after was brought to our booth they tried to sit us seperatly when there was other familys sitting together that had the same amout of people so we asked can we rearange the tables so we can sit together then they proceeded to say that the table is broken she goes over to the table and its perfectly fine and says “they must have fixed it” so after we get seated and our order taken it takes a hour for our food to be brought to us and its luke warm i got a skillet it should be pipping hot and one person of our party still never got their food and we ordered the same thing. i proceeded to say something about our food not all being there and they went to check on it then it took another 20 mins for one of our people to even get the skillet which it has been over a hour and half she was waiting on one order which is so unprofessional i said something to the MOD and he was very unprofessional his shirt not tucked his beard all scruffy and he didnt want to take acountability for any of his cooks taking over a hr to get us our food and it was luke warm not even hot so we left after getting a lousy discount which he should of took care of our bill sense we sat there for over a hour and got cold food such a waste of a resturant.

I get Sundays may be busy but the service here just awful the pic is of the waffle fries last time we came it was double this size but still expected to pay $10 for half the amount waitress was friendly but only 2 waitresses and 4 hostess that do nothing but clean tables isn’t a great look….
