Stopped at McDonald’s for a quick bite and it did the job just fine. Burger was hot, fries came out crispy, and my drink was cold like it should be. Ordered delivery because I can’t step away from work, and of course there’s something missing as there always is. Their solution: pay door dash again to come get your food we forgot to put in the bag. Great way to waste your money ordering delivery from this place! Every time, AND I MEAN EVERYTIME… I come here and a get a plain cheese burger there’s always onions, like handfuls! Not one or two lil sprinklets… I’ll ask for plain, even if im ordering online I chose the plain option and I even type it our in the special instructions. I wouldnt care usually, I’d take it off, but every time?! Who orders just onions on a burger anyways? I even opted to get sauces on the side cause that never is right either!

This restaurant is often understaffed which results in slow service and for some reason certain food items are served incomplete. I often go to the McDonald’s across town because the service is better and the food comes as ordered. Unfortunately, that is not always an option.

We were kicked out because I had a service dog and this employee asked me for “paperwork” for my dog and I said there isn’t any papers for service dogs and she yelled at us and being rude and said she was going to call the cops on us because we didn’t have any papers… so she told us to leave and we left…my service dog wasn’t doing ANYTHING! he was just under the table…

Updated review: Would really love it if they were consistent in their food. I got this super skinny flat breakfast burrito and it looked like someone had taken a bite from it. See photo. This is exactly what I opened up.
I get these same burritos at other McDonald’s and they have more substance to them.
Maybe this was a fluke, but I was grossed out.
One employee who does not take pride in their work does not define all the other workers who do…this review is not meant for them.
If you see a fellow worker sending out substandard food, tell them! It reflects on all of you.
