Ordered a beef botana for 4 for take out. Service was fast and friendly. The botana was very good and a better price than other places we’ve been to. The beans and rice were also very good. The vegetables were very generous. Overall we enjoyed it and will order again. We were 5 and we still didn’t finish it.

What an amazing place! It was recommended to go and try the tacos here and boy oh boy, what a great recommendation. As I pulled into the parking lot, I could smell the savory flavors of the chicken, meat, tacos, all the onions and cilantro. As I walked into El Rodeo, I was greeted by the staff, they were enthusiastic, helpful, very hard-working, and even took some pics with me. The server took us to our table, provided the menus, and brought back the beverages that we ordered within minutes. The server was super helpful in explaining what was in the dishes and also made some great recommendations. This place was a great open concept, with plenty a room, fresh air in an area for bands, and even dancing. As you can see from the pictures, we ordered some Carne Asada fries, tacos adobada, sopes , chicken and carne flautas, rolled tacos with all the toppings. Tried this place for the first time… and it was very disappointed. It is super expensive for the quality of food. Tacos are cold. Fajita has no seasoning whatsoever. Beans are water down and no flavor. The pico de gallo is not fresh. AND DONT GET ME STARTED WITH THE FRESH LEMONADE. It was water down and made with faucet water. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They should just close down and rethink their entire business.

This place was…ok. we had a big party so we knew our order would take a while which we did not complain about or anything. However they did charge us for water even after a few of us ordering multiple drinks so that did place a sour first impression on me admittedly. One of the plates came out cold and we had to have them redo them and another plate came with lettuce when we asked for it without. The food was pretty ok. But nothing setting it apart from any other nearby Mexican restaurants. Tortas were big at least and the burger was decent.

Portions are small, no napkins for a to go order… and not even enough salsa for two tacos, decided to give it a shot after being closed for awhile… La Herradura would never…better just come for morning tacos at least they give better portion for your money.

Covered outdoor place with good inexpensive food, decent service, and a cheery feeling. But it’s only open in the evening. it’s a fun place to get together with the guys if the weather is good. UPDATE 10/16/23 the refried beans were not so good this time and the guacamole on my flautas was a bit brown. But still is a good time.
