We stopped by this McDonald’s today — a true classic just the way it should be. Fast service, clean tables, friendly staff, and a calm, cozy atmosphere. Everything feels neat and familiar — the kind of McDonald’s that reminds you why this place became iconic. Highly recommend!

Everytime I come to this drive through I have to pull to the side and wait. No matter how small. They made me wait for one big mac…. Also they never have the new limited time items even though its advertised all over the building… crazy. Do something right

Went through drive through told to park waited 20 minutes for lg mocha frappe. Lg iced vanilla coffee with added sugar sausage egg cheese muffin with hash browns. Finally got food frappe no coffee. He brings out a medium coffee was told large had given him receipt. husband tells them to refund since we waited so long.never got coffee that was part of meal and as we drove off the frappe was wrong flavor.WORST GAINESVILLE MC DONALDS 43RD ST YOU SUCK

Food is usually average or above for a McDonald’s. This location tends to not have many cashiers in favor of the kiosk ordering, which is fine for me. The premesis could be a little cleaner. This location was somewhat recently updated in styling with kind of trendy seating and interior design, but the premises could benefit from a better cleanliness.
I was a bit annoyed when one day I noticed a car parked in the crosswalk between the 2 disabled parking spaces, only to realize it was an employee. I have only seen this once though.

At 1:08pm I ordered 2x McRibs with extra pickle. At 1:26pm I finally made it to the pickup window. I told him I had 2x McRibs with extra pickle, and immediately saw the disappointment in his face. He gave my order to someone else. But there happened to be another order of 2x McRibs regular, so he passed that through the windows as my order. I knew they didn’t have extra pickle, but I was sitting in the drive through for almost 20 minutes already. Not sure what’s going on, but McDonald’s consistency is lost on this location. Maybe this is the new trend in service, no smile and you get what you get.

ABSOLUTE WORST MCDONALD’S EXPERIENCE!!
I have been to my fair share number of fast food restaurants, I know what to expect and I don’t expect the same type of service you get at a nice sit down restaurant. But this place is a mess!! So very slow. We tried the drive up but saw a sign stating that their headsets were broken, so we parked to go inside. The women’s restroom smelled awful, probably due to the rotting wood on the side of the wall. Service was beyond slow with a long line of people at the counter and no one taking orders. Food was double fried, see pic of chicken tenders. Diet Coke was flat. No ketchup cups. They didn’t give me any sauce with my meal even when I ordered it. Lastly, it was redicously hot. I asked the employee about the AC and she said it was broken. What a disappointing experience!!
