Incredibly over priced mediocre food. Ceasar salad was swimming in dressing. Broccoli was definitely frozen and unimpressive. Rubbery. , Alfredo sauce was lacking flavor and for the price, just not impressive. If you are a lover of tiramisu, I beg you not to get the tiramisu here…. at least Olive Garden has good tiramisu…Leave yourself the time and go to some local place.

The food came out perfect, but the restaurant was in rough shape. I don’t know what the theme of this location was, but it didn’t look like any Carrabba’s we’ve ever been to. There was storage right as you walked in to the restaurant where the host was putting together silverware sets. Boxes and boxes of stuff. The booth across from us was filthy and no one cared to clean up from the last visitor and the host even sat a couple there. It was shocking. Lots of staff standing around gossiping instead of maintaining the restaurant. It was disturbing. It was late and we didn’t want to go through the hassle of finding another restaurant, so we stayed, but definitely contemplated leaving due to the lack of cleanliness.

We’ve been ordering food here through DoorDash, & despite this restaurant being 20 or so minutes away from us, everything arrives hot & fresh!
The fries are crispy, the chicken is ALWAYS moist & delicious (it’s so good, that even our 17 year old, ill, tom cat, DEVOURS it! We order him his own chicken kid’s meal now.)
The salads are made with fresh, not wilting, ingredients.
And my daughter LOVES their lasagna!
I hope to visit this restaurant in person some day, but for now we’ll continue to thoroughly enjoy DoorDashing from here!

I love going to Carrabas. The food is good and service is always good. It is on the pricier side. I wish they would bring back the mussles. That was the best dish on their menu and they have discontinued this for over a year. Please bring them back!

Tonight we went to Carrabba’s for our anniversary dinner. We have been there dozens of times before, but tonight I decided to write a review because our server., Aliea the food and the atmosphere was outstanding! We have not had a server this funny or attentive or caring as much as we encountered tonight. And no, I’m not her mom! Our food was fabulous, and I had gluten-free which was so good! highly recommend!

Since they changed the decor, it isnt like it was…seems kind of cold and not inviting like before. Waiter wasn’t the best and his personality was “blah”. The bread was stale and hard. Food took a bit to come to the table. Husbands chicken parm was dried out, not alot of sauce, no real flavor. I had lobster ravioli and they were swimming in sauce. The iced teas we ordered had the ice melted before our entrees came out. Waiter never came back by to check on us. Super disappointing. We miss the atmosphere of the old Carrabas and when there was good wait staff.

It has been years since I have visited a Carrabbas. My son won a free kids meal at school so we decided to eat dinner there tonight. I have to admit I am one to avoid corporate restaurants but after our experience tonight we will for sure be back to support. Everything from beginning to end was fabulous. We were greeted from so many and the service was great. After our meal our sons decided to watch the chefs and from there, memories were made. One of the owners, Parker was there expediting the food and obviously interacting with customers. He noticed my boys and asked to take them away. From there they were all smiles and had an exciting tour of the establishment. I am so thankful and happy. They just love Parker. Thank you for a wonderful evening!!
