Store has a sign saying they are open today and yet I am sitting here and not a soul here and the building is locked completely down. Absolute trash. There is no reason not to be open today and thanks to this I lost money

On Jan 18, 2026 at approximately 4:45 pm. I went thru the drive thru, Linda told me to pull up to the next window, before I left the window, I asked Linda for Ketchup, she replied we’ll put it in the bag, I told her I’ll take the ketchup now please, she rolled her eyes and slammed the ketchup in my hand and slammed the window shut. Of course I went inside to voice what happened, Manager Chris gave me a refund.
Linda need to be trained how to treat customers. The customer service I received from Linda was terrible!
I will not be returning to this McDonalds.

Didn’t give me an item, wanted me to drive all the way back and present my phone. I know the system can look up my order. Bad McDonalds and this is why I’m against $20+ dollars for fast food workers. Your labor isn’t worth that!

Staff needs training on how to place FOOD in a bag. No reason fries should be in the bottom of my bag. Ridiculous. Also. If a 10 piece get 2 sauces. Why does a 20 only get 3. The math isnt mathing… I worked at McDonald’s for 5 years… back in the early 2000s.. customer service is no longer a priority neither is the quality of service.

Ordered on the app: steak, egg, and cheese bagel combo, with a Sausage Mcmuffin. Food prepared and served very quick. Generally, the employees up front getting orders out, or taking orders at register, have zero personality and do not even say hello or greet you when you come in. But, you get used to the blah atmosphere after so many years. At least the food is good.

I’m kind of curious why this McDonald’s keeps serving me old dried out eggs on my big breakfast with hotcakes. 5 times in the last 3 weeks my eggs have been some level of dried out and tough. Today was the worst.(Picture included).
They’re serving old food that’s been left under the heat lamps far too long.
They also still randomly serve dining-in orders in to-go bags(and it’s not exactly a rare thing).
I wouldn’t’t mind, except for the fact that this restaurant also has issues with wiping tables down.
If I can’t get a clean table, I definitely need my food on a tray. ♂️

I came here because I prefer pancakes, and McDonald’s is the only place near me that has them.
But seriously, why are the biscuits ALWAYS overcooked and tough???
(Oh, and the change to your grape jelly is horrible. It’s more runny than Bojangles jelly. Kinda sucks)
This is the first time in my 55 years that I’ve stopped going to a restaurant specifically because of the horrible quality/consistency of the food.

One of the better McDonalds. Their service is better than half of the other McDonalds I’ve been to. I’ve been going here for a couple years and they only messed up my order once or twice but fixed it right away. Sometimes during busier hours, the wait can be 10-15 min. But usually it’s around 5 min or less through the drive through.

My sandwich was burnt. I tried to eat what I could but the burnt flavor was overpowering even in the egg and sausage. I didn’t open my food until I was home but very unhappy someone would even think its okay to bag this up. Not okay.
