I clearly requested extra sauce with my order, but not a single packet was included. The food quality was very poor — the lettuce tasted old and seemed like it had been sitting for days. Overall, the meal was disappointing and felt like a waste of money. I expected much better service and freshness.

We came for lunch today and I ordered a bowl and my mom got a taco salad. When we got our food we asked for forks and then are informed they don’t have any. We ask how we are supposed to eat without a fork and the guy behind the counter just looks at us. So guess a knife it is. ♀️

I NEVER leave reviews this will be my first. They put my TACO SALAD IN THE BAG SIDEWAYS!!!! Are you kidding me!?! It fits perfectly in the bottom of the bag sitting the correct way…I also paid 50 cents for extra lettuce and the gave me the regular amount!? Rip off. I didn’t even want to order from this Taco Bell but the stupid app changed my location unbeknownst to me from where I normally order from so I had to drive 7 minutes out of the way to get my mobile order that was already placed!

So, not only did they get my order wrong which added to the cost of my order, I was also charged regular price for my drinks which should have been happy hour prices.
I had to let two people know the price was wrong for the drinks which they corrected. I didn’t even realize I was charged for supreme tacos when I ordered regular until I got home.
Added to that it seemed like I was an inconvenience to them.

This Taco Bell NEVER misses. I live close to the other location on US98 and I will drive to this one every time because my food is always perfect. Always hot, always fresh, always fast and the employees are always nice. Can you actually send some people down to the other location to train them??

I went to taco bell yesterday. And the food was awesome. Some slight unknown smell in the air. And though I base the problem. It was liking walking into a bunch of manicans. I’ve managed places and I know that if the manager can’t keep their employees in a happy go lucky mood, or the staff as a whole in general. It can very much effect a business. And kids don’t have it easy in life. And a lot of their time is spent on the job. Everywhere that I managed people love my happy go lucky personality. I am disabled now. And in pain. When I step in any place. THIS IS WHAT I WANT TO SEE! They have some business of customers. But they are slowing and staying away from this business. Is it lack of jobs available to the young adults, lack of inspiration or lack of appreciation and incentives from the company. Somebody needs to figure it out. I cannot be everywhere. These taco employees are doing an awesome job! I see that! But who is responsible for not keeping the atmosphere and pay rate up. Is it the pay rate or unappreciated work ethic. I guess taco bell must not care. Because I am see ratings like this on a lot of their stores. I love their food. Corporation step your butts up to the plate! Before your businesses shut down.

I ordered through the app and accidentally forgot to modify my 5-Layer Burrito. As soon as I realized, I tried calling the store four times to see if someone could help fix it before the order was made … no one answered at all.
Mistakes happen, especially when using the app, but not being able to reach anyone at the location is really frustrating. A quick answer on the phone could have easily solved this. Instead, there was no support or communication whatsoever.
This experience makes using the app feel risky, and it definitely hurt what should have been a simple order.

I came in kind of late at night and I got to say the best part of my visit was the service provided by Tyler. he made placing my order as easy as possible and made sure it was done in an expeditious manner. if I ever come to Taco Bell and do not see Tyler working I will be devastated, do everything you can to make sure he sticks around.

Got a Crunchwrap and a cheesy Gordita crunch, both with disgustingly bad chicken. Tiny pieces of dried, rancid meat that look like bits of beef jerky and smelled like dog food. Completely unsafe and embarrassing to even consider serving a paying customer. I’ll be skipping this place for good.

Put in a mobile order and proceeded to wait for over an hour. Went inside and was completely ignored for 30 minutes. 6 employees were making food and none could spare 2 minutes to help anyone in the lobby. Absolutely horrible service. Yes it was busy and I expected a wait but they only prioritized the never ending drive through line instead of helping the people that had been waiting.
