This place sucks. I asked for caramel frappe and extra caramel they did not receive it. I paid an extra $.40 for something then I proceeded to ask is this extra then the lady should attitude to me. She continued to say that it was extra caramel when it was not. Also, the amount of time they have got my order wrong is insane to me. Not only do they have horrible staff, but horrible personalities. You guys need to get better with who you hire I want to refund send me my money.

I visited this location several times for breakfast and the team is friendly even though they appear understaffed. The McMuffin is toasted (not always the case at other locations nearby) and egg was fully cooked. The Diet Coke has just the right amount of syrup and fizz. The bathrooms, tables, and trash was taken care of, which has suffered at most locations since Covid.
I was hesitant to give a five star review but feel it’s deserved for the consistency over the last several morning visits.

Where in the world are the health inspectors???? Management and the owners should be in another line of work. Far away from anything to do with food. Traveling through and we stopped here to grab something to eat. All I can say is thank goodness we had to use the restroom or we would have just used the drive through and ordered food. Both the men’s and women’s bathrooms were absolutely disgusting I guarantee there isn’t one clean place in that building. In the women’s it looked like it hasn’t been clean in months. Women’s feminine trash opened and overflowing out. My husband said in the men’s there looked like there was a sewage back up and there were feces all over the ground. People been walking in it and tracking it all over. It was all over the foot opener on the door. Please for the love of God if you go there with children don’t let them walk in these bathrooms. Upon walking out trash can by door full to the top. Straight laziness and no care here. Good luck if you frequent this place.

I placed my order at 5:12pm, I did not receive my order until 5:34pm when there was a group of over 15 students loitering in the lobby and acting inappropriately with the staff. They were touching staff members, going behind the counter, and all of them placed their orders after me but received their food before me. When I received my order, both of my medium sized shakes were half-full and topped with whipped cream, and I said I wanted them filled up and the staff member told me that he “was not working that hard.” Then proceeded to start cussing me out. I also did not receive my son’s Happy Meal toy or French Fries. Poor service overall, disappointed in their management for allowing such immature and irresponsible behavior to happen on the clock.

Absolutely filthy McDonald’s in Berrien Springs. My family & I stopped by for a quick bathroom break, & grab some breakfast while in the road.
The women’s restroom was filthy. Trash on the floor, the bathroom stall trash cans were overflowing & exposed women’s products were visible.
I thought to myself, if this is how filthy the dining area is that I can visibly see. I can only imagine how filthy the kitchen area is that I’m unable to see.
We waited at the front counter for several minutes with no assistance on ordering our food. Yes, there was an order kiosk however, I wanted to speak to an actual person to order my food. After no acknowledgment, My husband decided to go through the drive through.
Do better, McDonalds.

Just there 10 minutes ago. Not only we were charged more for water that apple juice in the Happy Meal (without telling us of course), but the bottle of water was forgotten when our order was handled.

1/7/25 Seems they like to fool customers in order to keep there serving time down. Order online and they will move you order from in progress to already serving long before your meal comes out. I’ve mentioned this before. Still hasn’t changed. It’s a shame for a restaurant that’s halfway decent to be cheating customers like that. With the amount of people always held off in the Drive-Thru, I would imagine they do a similar process there. With the games they play in the low quality of the food on this visit seems that this store is primarily focused on numbers, not quality and not the customer
1/21/23 It seems no one at this location knows how to use the technology that would make everything better. The app ends breakfast at 10:29 but you can still get it in the drive thru. Also they run out of burritos all the time yet never does the nice new digital sign say SOLD OUT instead they yell back to see if they still have more. No consistency in the food quality. It’s a shame nice new store and the reason you go there is because the food is so bad. A couple of pics to show you what to expect. A lot of the staff are good people just seems no guidance. However one worker named Joe is just rotten. To fellow staffband customers. Rude rude and nasty to the others.
7/10/22 The quality of this restaurant in the last 2 months has dropped dramatically. This used to be one of the best McDonald’s in berrien county. Unfortunately it’s falling much into the same routines as the others. Poor slow service, many menu items frequently not available, unfriendly staff, just an all-around unpleasant feeling these days. You can expect stuff that you want to order to not be available and have a very slow drive-thru experience. Last time I was in the restaurant it’s even becoming dirty.
