Burger King has gotten a bad reputation for the last several years at most of their locations. The wait, the food quality and the service are usually terrible, unfortunately.
But this BK is CONSISTANTLY good. The fries are hot and fresh always, the service is quick and the staff is pleasant. I’ve only gone on my lunch breaks, so I can’t speak for the evenings, but the ladies on day shift I always see when I go up there (you know who you are) are super stars!

Sign posted drive thru opens 5am, on way to work time between 5:15 and 5:30 3 people in store and 1 person lounging in truck. No one would answer drive thru and doors locked tried several times. worker sitting on counter using phone. 20 minutes trying to get breakfast so disappointed no BK going forward.

No the best place always making mistakes with orders and super slow.
1/9/25 decide to give them another chance and my breakfast sandwich was moldy stopped by the store and I was told since I ordered on BK app I need to deal with the app customer service.

I’ve created an incident report using the details provided and passed it along to the restaurant management team for internal review. If applicable, they will be in touch with all parts of our food operations chain, related to this incident to ensure it is properly handled and documented.
Additionally, I was able to request a refund of $9.35 for any inconvenience or frustration this may have caused. You should expect to see these funds returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Again, I sincerely apologize for this experience and appreciate you taking the time to make us aware of your experience as it gives us the opportunity to ensure better service moving forward.

Food was ok service in the other hand I received my food and I asked Tangela politely for some ketchup and mayo the drive thru worker stated she had already put some in the bags in wich I checked and nothing was in the bags so I waited until Tangela noticed me again and told her if I can get ketchup and mayo she gave me a smerk and attitude wich was unnecessary and rude. Disappointed on costumer service.

Diabetic who was crashing with low sugar. Went in here to get some carbs and the staff were so patient and helpful with my partial incapacitation. Kept the line moving, Kept the restaurant clean, and even though the onion rings were in the tray before I ordered, they were still hot and crispy & Golden Brown. Cooked to a ‘T’.
