I hate it when i get a super cold chicken or meat patty. I understand that there is rush hours and sometimes you prep ahead. But when you are isolated and no trafgic flow and yet you give out rock hard cold chicken patty’s. And this has been multiple times. Its sad and frustrating, then have to turn back around and ask for another which they will just throw back in the fryer to warm it up. Nonsense.

Dr Pepper was absolutely amazing, as was the sour dough jack. However I also ordered the most simple item one could request and a woman named Valeria literally couldn’t get a burger with just cheese and mayonnaise correct. Matter of fact she gave me a reverse order, of a burger with no cheese and mustard. But I must that when she isn’t working this is easily a five star restaurant. I recommend going in the morning when she isn’t there. I still ate it though.

Drive thru service was horrible the girl couldn’t take my order right kept repeating myself over and over, when I got my drinks she tells me to park in the front before I went to park I checked my drinks the sprite was water as if it was out told her to change it to fruit punch so I go park waited for along time decided to walk inside to see what’s going on they had a chaos the lady in the purple way in the back was touching all the food with no gloves not going back here really bad experience.

Went by the store early this morning around 4am and nobody came to the speaker and could not see anybody inside the store and was not able to place an order. Maybe this is a habit that the management might need to be aware of. Its not very convenient to advertise your store as being “open” but not taking any sales.

I come to this location with my boyfriend very frequent but everytime, my order is always messed up. I finally saved up my 60 points from our orders to redeem the bacon ultimate tonight and when we got home, I had received some random burger that I have no clue is and it was disgusting it clearly isn’t the burger in the photo that I had. I cannot even get my points back which is annoying and no one answered the phone. It’s disappointing having messed up orders every single time we come here.

I asked for 2 sausage croissants and this is what I got. I tried calling and they hung up. I need answers. Its not fair because I spent a lot of money on this made up sandwiches.
