1 order of 3 piece tenders. And a sugar cookie. Waited 15 minutes after going to the speaker as she chit chats with the car ahead of me. Get to the window.. she says it’s just starting to cook and tells the cook to make the tenders. Then asks me to drive back around because of her timer. What so I should wait longer because you didn’t have the give a crap to actually start my order??? I should drive around to protect your “timer” so u don’t look bad. This place is a joke. From speaker to getting my 1 three piece tender it took them over 25 minutes. With one car ahead of me. How do these people have or keep their job??? Its fast food and u can’t handle 2 cars in a half hour???

All employees are talking about gossip in spanish coming from a spanish speaker and completely ignoring customers even though there are multiple people waiting and a line is forming. I then had to wait for almost 20 minutes for my food and then when I got it my order was wrong so i went to go ask someone about it and got yelled at and told to wait and i saw this rude behavior at other customers as well. Walked out with my food no bag or nothing. Disrupting service.

Probably the worst Wendy’s my son and I have ever been to. Stopped in while driving around to grab a quick bite. Charging $.50 for an extra sauce is ridiculous especially when you only give me 3 chicken nuggets in my Biggie bag meal. Chicken nuggets tasted like they weren’t even fully cooked. Tried the chicken tenders and those are by far the worst tenders we’ve ever had. Barely any chicken. 90% breading. I can see why there was only one person there when we came in at noon.

DO NOT GET TEA FROM HERE! They said the tea was up to date and that it’s “good” when it actually tastes very spoiled. They informed me that they switched to machine tea instead of fresh brewed tea about 3 months ago.

I was told by the lady behind the counter that I had to use the kiosk to place my order. I told her that I do not use those machines as I know that it takes peoples jobs away. So I said it’s called customer service and if you don’t want to take my order I will leave. She basically told me that I should just leave. I wish I could give you a name but I was pretty upset with the horrible experience I just had. If this is a management thing then you should definitely reconsider your decision.

I just got off work to get some fresh food usually it’s fresh when I come to this Wendy’s I ordered a meal I took a bite of my fries and they were not fresh at all I don’t usually like to complain but I actually was craving fries so went back to window to get some fresh ones she told me to pull up and someone will bring them out waited 20 min so I go back to window and she apologizes because she forgot about it then gives me fries weren’t fresh but I didn’t want to complain again I came home to eat dump my fries out on plate and a piece of black hair falls out with it so disgusts me and I end up not eating terrible terrible service

Ordered a combo: Dave’s double with pickles, onions, mustard, and no cheese. Was told to wait six minutes so it would come out fresh. I received a single with everything on it plus cheese. Why is it they keep charging more and delivering less? 2 stars for getting the drink order right.
