The food was good but the service we received from the server wasn’t the best, which impacted our experience negatively.

Rude Ownership! Witnessed owner going table to table, including our table while customers were still mid-meal telling them they are closed now 10 mins before the actual posted closing time and no one was allowed to finish their meals. Must leave now. No previous warnings as time approached, our server simply said they are taking the buffet down and if we needed something else now is the time. I got dessert but 5 minutes in not finished with my dessert was the owner claiming we must leave and saying we can not finish our dessert demanding payment and us to leave. If there was a reason for closing early it could have simply been communicated by saying that they needed to close due to a unexpected reason, etc. no details expected, but it would seem this was just out of rudeness! We will not be back. We recommend another Indian Restaurant if you are going out looking for Indian cuisine. We know there is another Indian Restaurant called The Curry Modern in 5-points Huntsville, AL. We have never had any bad experiences there and consider it much better in every way, food, and especially service and respect.

Really enjoyed our appetizer and sauces! However we both ordered lamb dishes and it wasn’t very fresh to us. Seemed like it had been previously cooked and then reheated… service and atmosphere was fine. Would try again with something else. The garlic naan was delicious!

I messed everything up. I ordered online at a red light, it said they were open at 1030, which they are, at the one in Birmingham. Regardless of me showing up early to the wrong place they were so kind and helpful, my daughter also forgot her doll, which they ran out to my car as I tried to strap in my newborn. The food is always delicious so there’s not much else to say there. They are awesome in my opinion.

Sitar was delicious! I had the Chicken Tika Masala, my husband had the Tilapia Tiki Masala, and we shared Garlic Naan. Great atmosphere, pretty table settings, and prompt service. Can’t wait to try more dishes.

Food was top tier! The only complaint I had was that it was freezing cold inside the building when it was freezing outside. I’m not sure if they even have heat inside but we tried to enjoy our food but we were just too cold to really eat and enjoy the atmosphere. Overall, food was great just wish it was warmer.

I ordered Biriyani from this place. Trust me it’s a disgrace to Indian style foods. I have never eaten this bad Biriyani in my life. I am so disappointed that it’s not even a biriyani. Please work on your recipes.

Pay attention that if you use your credit card to pay your meal expenses, you will be charged non-cash adj. extra charges on top of your meal invoice. The food tastes average. Customer service is not pleasant.
