Whoever orders from here please be careful; I called earlier today to inform the McDonald’s that they forgot to include my child’s happy meal with delivery and she basically called me a liar. “We have a very experienced person working up front and she wouldnt forget an item. If your delivery driver comes back we will not remake your food.” Well I hate to be the bearer of bad news but you did.
I’ve worked for many different McDonald’s locations across the United States and I know damn well it’s not in the company guidelines to argue with customers over whether or not you’re right or wrong. The delivery driver was kind enough to repurchase what you forgot in the bag so you got paid twice for one item received.
In my 10 years of working in customer experience I have never had such a disgusting attitude from an employee before. Will never be ordering from here again and will be contacting corporate.

What are these black things on my Fish Fillet Bun? The manager said it was from the steamer. We ordered them cooked to order but they were not! They remade them but they had these black spots in the bun. The original ones did not have black spots on them.

It’s nice, but is very busy during the day, sometimes having to wait in the drive thru for quite awhile. I went earlier in the morning and got right thru. Food & service was good. Might be more convenient to order on the app.

Guy at the front counter was super nice, order came out. It was also correct, fresh, and fantastic. Restaurant was clean and organized. There was sign that said please use kiosk on the counter (not a fan of that), but he stepped up to take my order anyway.

Ordered L Fry, Xtra salt. Salt packet were thrown ontop of fries. Ordered a L Sth SwTea Lmd, ADD 3 Lemon, NO Ice. Recieved ice and no lemons. Ordered L Crml Frappe, received that in a cup with a split down the side and only 3/4 filled. Coffee spilled out from there into car. Ordered 2 Hot and Spicy McChicken. Recieved them with mayo and lettuce off the side and smeared into wrapper. Ordered 1 Dbl Qtr Cheese, No pickle. Recived that in soggy and falling apart box. Did come with 6 straws for 2 drinks though.

We pulled into the second lane and no answer. There was probably 15 cars in the first lane that their order was taken while we were sitting there which was about 15 mins. We pulled back around and pulled into the second lane again as we had a trailer and would not fit in the first lane. They then took two orders in the second lane and we got to the intercom. Then waited again as 5 orders were taken from the first lane. Tried calling multiple times with no answer. Finally just pulled to the window and let the girl at the window know what had happened and she was not apologetic, was VERY rude and looked at us like we were STUPID. This is about to worst customer service i have ever gotten ANYWHERE. We FINALLY got our order taken at 6:21 AT THE WINDOW. There is no reason we should have been waiting that long when there was NO ONE in line in front of us when we first pulled up.

Lady in the drive thru acting like the sauce was coming out her paycheck. I made a mobile order and asked for sauce at the window and she was rude as hell mind you I had no problem paying but she was at the window acting like somebody tryna rob them of sauce so unserious.

Awful experience and horrible staff that will yell at you and treat you like garbage. I went back to correct a order that wasn’t supposed to have cheese and the manager came to the window yelling at me and being very rude towards me and my girlfriend after still kindly requesting to have it made without cheese she comes back out of spite and gives us a burger with 4 slices of cheese and closing the window

Twice I have went through drive thru for breakfast, Sausage Egg and Cheese McMuffin, 1st time it was dripping with oil, thought hey mabye it was an accident, ill let it slide, went to the garbage, second time one month later, same thing dripping with oil, it went straight into the trash, because it was trash, and hey sausage has grease I know, but not straight oil, the English muffin was like a sponge, I literally squeezed a 1/4 cup oil out of it. I let corporate know, nothing no word yet and this was back in november.
