It’s insane the way the owner lets the workers have their hair hanging all over the food while they’re making things (not to mention a health violation). I guess he thinks it looks cool. So sorry that I ate here recently, only place I’ve eaten out in months, and I ended up with a gastrointestinal illness and was in the ER for 3 of the past 4 days trying to get rehydrated. If their hair is hanging like that do you think they’re bothering to wash their hands after they leave the bathroom? I should’ve asked myself that question…and then walked out.

Lousy service here. My son has an egg allergy and he wasn’t sure if the wraps contained egg. The person working behind the counter couldn’t be bothered to check when I asked and then the other person said they do have egg. I was trying to search for official subway allergen lists on the spot but couldn’t get to it without holding up the line so we just got chips. Later found out the wraps don’t contain egg when you check the list…but my son (who needs an epipen if he eats egg) didn’t want to risk it. Apparently this place doesn’t contain workers who care about customer service. Don’t waste your money here.

Nasty has gone down hill over the years. I check to see who is working first before I even think of getting a sandwich here. Certain male employees wear they’re hair down with no visor or hat and they’re hair is not even put back or pulled back. Then the dude took his gloved hand and pushed his hair back out of his face the one evening while he made me a sandwich. I went home and trashed the sandwich I couldn’t handle it. Not to mention the tuna I got had all kinds of stuff in it like sprinkle cheese and olives and stuff, the guy just fished in there and made sure he didn’t get none of that stuff when he retrieved my tuna when he made my sandwich. It wasn’t just the tuna all the compartments of food looked like that, old and unkept. Not the subway I remember. I won’t b going back i appreciate my health way too much. Hire employees who want a job and actually care about being employed.

The employees can’t listen well. My wife ordered for herself and when it was my turn the worker didn’t even ask me what I wanted. When I said something all three workers looked at me like deer in the headlights. Don’t go because they are rude and don’t deliver customer service well.

The store appears to be in a time-warp. There is signage and equipment that is either brand new or hasn’t been touched since the store opened. Makes for a weird mix of nostalgia and cutting edge. Staff was quick in preparing the food, if a little morose and listless. Store was otherwise clean, men’s bathroom was a little on the busted side.

First time in this store and I must say the service was terrible. When I asked questions the guy was short with me and showed no intersted in helping us. He made my husbands sandwich and then disappeared! I had to ask the other girl to help me. She could have cared less as well and was sooo slow. I get that it’s subway but it was ridiculous. I will not be going back to this location.
