I ordered the gallon of sweet tea because it comes sealed and my grandmother is specific about that. It came in cups and not even the whole gallon I paid for. Couldn’t even get the rest of. Just 2.5 32oz cups. I needed it in the sealed jug but I should have at least gotten all of what I paid for. No one in the restaurant was willing to process a refund for me since I wasn’t getting the product I paid for. so I was forced to take it since no one would give my money back. I got home and I have a breast, leg and thigh when I ordered all white. The tea is unsweet. this was a waste of money and I tried to cancel in store but no one was willing to help. Im a GM and Know how simple it is to go in and adjust the online orders from the POS or Manager computer, but these people just flat out wouldn’t do it. I didn’t get the tea or chicken I ordered and they were just like “oh well”. SMH management needs to do better training on these situations. and have someone on the shift that can handle them

Love that chicken from Popeyes! Their spicy chicken is consistently delicious, tender, juicy, and crispy. Beans and Rice are also really good! Sweet Tea is just the right amount of sweet.

Ordered from Uber Eats. Got the BOGO chicken strips and decided to opt for the blackened chicken. Big mistake. Supposed to be a 3-piece but only had 2 in each box. Was missing both biscuits and both sauces. The fries were cold, dry and bland. Basically the whole order was trash, but I was hungry so I converted it into a chicken and cheese quesadilla which was way better than the order itself. Best part about it was the sprite which they somehow managed to get right,

I was very dissatisfied with my overall experience. I have been to eat at this location more than a couple times. Enough times to give my unfortunate bad review. My husband and I stopped by to have dinner. The atmosphere was very loud focused in the kitchen and front area. All you can see and hear is chaos. We proceeded to play our order with a young man. We ordered two number 2 large and an additional 4 biscuits. The young man handed us our cups as we waited for our food. We proceed to the drinking fountain to get our drinks there was two machines and we find out there is no ice available in both machines so we approached the counter and waited for about 3 minutes let him know there is no ice available and he fills our cups with ice. Then we realized there are no lg lids available at this point are food is ready. I tell him there are no lids available he ignores me and proceeds to take the next order. So we just go and find a table. We take our food out of the two bags, and we are missing items from our order two fry’s and 2 more biscuits I go back up to the front tell him we are missing our fry’s and biscuits he takes the receipt out of the trash to confirm and said he only charged us for two. We tell him but we ordered 4 he doesn’t say a word and hands me 2 biscuits. It has to be said that the overall experience was bad. The young man that placed our order was unprofessional including all of the staff in the kitchen. While we were eating our food all we could hear is the gossiping and playing around of the staff. The manager at this location should really take this and all other negative reviews more seriously. Than you from a very dissatisfied customer

Chicken was good but cold, frys were cold, dining room hasnt been cleaned in a while. Food all over tables and booths. Service wasnt good, they had to finish their conversation before greeting ua to take our order.

I ordered through door dash and didn’t receive the sides I ordered. Fries and a red beans and rice and there were a couple wings missing out of my boxes. I also didn’t get the ranch dip I paid for. So I drove to the Popeyes to get the sides and was told they didn’t have red beans and rice. So I said give me the fries and replacement for the wings and mashed potatoes or mac and cheese for the red beans substitute. I get home and they gave me two boxes of chicken tenders. And the whole time they were telling me to go in door dash and get a refund rather than get me my correct food. Door dash doesn’t refund the full amount o Lu what was missing that doesn’t account for still not getting the correct sides after having to drive to the store or the time and gas spent driving to the store. This company should have better training in place and a shift lead to over see the correct customer service procedures this is insanity! Have some more pride than that Popeyes!

I stopped here for lunch on Tuesday, Nov 4th. Parking is a bit tricky, and getting in and out a slight challenge as it’s tucked away in a corner section of a mall with other stores, shops, and restaurants. I had the Original Chicken Sandwich with a side of mac & cheese, and a fountain drink. The restaurant is clean with adequate seating. Service is fine, but a bit tardy in answering to concerns. They have Coca-Cola products, but not all options are functioning. Getting ice was difficult as one machine wouldn’t provide any. The other was giving ice in one or two cubes at a time. It’s uncertain as to the issue. The bathrooms are clean. However there were no paper towels, the other towel dispenser (roll) was broken, and the air dryer wasn’t working — therein the difficulty and wait to informing them of the issue. There were half a dozen working. The food is good quality, and a good value. My tab came to $10+change.

This location is hands down the best in the valley. Food is always fresh. I have a tendency to eat outside of popular times and everytime I come here my food is on point. All popeyes have a lot of dirty tables and this one is no exception but it is so consistent I’ve grown to expect nothing less at a popeyes and it doesn’t effect my 5 star review. Hubby and I will stop and eat if we find ourselves in the area even if we aren’t hungry because its that good.
