I’ve never been so insulted by anyone evers for no reason. Don’t come here if your expecting a nice friendly cozy atmosphere because employees at this specific location do not practice any form of customer service. Older employee, the chunky gal with a chip on her shoulder, probably a cat lady I’m assuming she’s extremely mean literally yelling at me the moment I walked into the restaurant. Even though I played it cool and didn’t fire back she kepted the nasty attitude rolling by telling me the restaurant is closed after i order. I’ve never encountered someone in customer service, you know your job basically what your getting paid, as nasty as this women. She needs to be removed from any interactions involving customers ASAP. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!!

Wow! The food really has gone downhill here. I had a chicken sandwich meat box today… And it was completely nasty. Everything was oily. The pie was utterly disgusting and the mozzarella sticks I didn’t even realize came with the meal in addition to the chicken sandwich were totally nasty. Taste like cafeteria or what? I imagine prison food would taste like. At the prices Arby’s sells food. They really need to pick up their game.

If I could give a 0 star rating I would! Jesse was cussing out her crew members while I was at the window patiently waiting for service. She was very impatient and rude when taking my order at the menu. I discovered my order was incorrect and poorly prepared. The food was smashed and sloppy. The French fries were cold. The mozzarella sticks still had ice on them. I am never going to return to this location! Absolutely atrocious! An absolute waist of my money and time… I hope corporate will step in and take action!

I was there on 8/19 and I’ve waited to long to write the review because I wanted to make sure that this actually happened the way I think it did.

I pulled Into an empty drive through and order a milkshake and a curly fry. Could’ve been less than a minute. Instead it was three min before someone even goes up to the window, when she does the manager in training, faces away from me and starts taking the order of some new customer who pulled in behind me. I Politely tap on the window a few times, she ignores me, I slide the window open. Instantly she launches into “what’s your problem why’re you banging on the window!!” and starts telling me I need to leave. I say she should have my food in hand already, I ask why it’s taking so long. She responds to this by shutting the window and going inside. After a good ten minutes of waiting for this woman to calm down or for someone else to help me she decides to offer me the food for free. No apology, no explanation. I tell her I don’t want free food, I want to pay and we can go on with our lives. She REFUSED TO LET ME PAY FOR MY FOOD, So I leave. This whole interaction took the better part of fifteen minutes and it still does not make sense to me.

I am not a happy customer, I had 2 Orders, 1st was 2 beef Gyros, Turkey ranch bacon sandwich, lg beef nuggets and curly fries, 2nd was 2 Beef Gyros, French Dip Sandwich and Large Fries…. I am missing 2 Beef Gyros, and a French Dip Sandwich. Every time I go to this Arby’s they always mess up my order and the lady at the window doesn’t hear or she’s not listening. I am a disabled person and its hard enough for me to get around, Now I am home and didn’t get my complete order, and I spent over 35.00 for everything. I think I wont be going to This Arby’s anymore. What a waste of time and Money.

I had donated a dollar to the charity that you guys were asking about and I didn’t want the coupon that came along with it, but the cashier gave the coupon to the people after me and took the credit for it, and that kind of irked me a little bit. I had thought about saying something to the manager, but I feel like it would have fallen on deaf ears. I probably wouldn’t have cared if you did it after I had left but to do it right in front of me was kind of tacky and I really didn’t appreciate it!!!

I paid $8.09 for a side of jalapeño poppers and didn’t receive them. Tried calling both the phone # on the receipt and on their website. Couldn’t get either one to answer the call. I got ripped off and there is nothing I can do about it. Will not order from them again!

Haven’t eaten in 3 days because of an illness. Really wanted Arby’s French dip and some curly fries and a side of cheese sauce. Ordered from uber because I can’t drive at the moment.
My fries were from the bottom of the fry dump. I would need a dentist to fix my broken teeth if I chose to eat them. Rock hard and stale. I paid .99 cents for a teaspoon of cheese sauce. No napkins and the sandwich was soggy and gross. DO BETTER!
First time I’ve tried to eat Arby’s in a while and I will Never try them again. I will also be letting everyone I know how bad this was. What a disappointment. …
