There were 2 other people in front of me. I ordered a simple sausage biscuit and coffee and waited for 16 minutes and then the other people still hadn’t got their orders yet. I see all these orders going out like door dash and there is o one at the drive through. I honestly think you should suspend sales of door dash during peak hours to concentrate on in restaurant customers.

I went in a group of three and I couldn’t have been more dissapointed. The food took a good while and was missing straws. The sweet tea tasted like cardboard, the mccrispy was dripping with water and looked so soggy, he couldn’t even finish it. The mc double was stale, and I mean STALE, I’m pretty sure I could put it on an angle grinder and get sparks. Not coming back any time soon.

Decided to give this location another shot. Curbside food came out straight up cold. Went back in and the manager with red streak hair said it’ll get cold when you go outside. Yeah not as cold as it was. I was waiting for 10 minutes already would’ve been faster going through drive thru. Terrible manager and location.

Other than the fact that I only received half a container of fries and no sauces (that I payed for), this McDonald’s is one of the best around. The people are very friendly- especially the guy at the window today. I don’t know his name, but he was amazing at his job. Only reason why the score was lowered was because of the missing sauce and fries. Thanks, McDonald’s.

I came here specifically to get the Grinch meal, and honestly this was the most chaotic McDonald’s experience ever. They told me they were out of the Grinch boxes but could still give me the salt fries and the socks, so me and my friend decided to wait, but we ended up waiting 20 whole minutes for the food. When they finally brought it out, suddenly they “couldn’t” give us the salt or the socks anymore and tried to act like no one ever told us we could get them, even though they literally did. They basically started calling us liars over something THEY said. After going back and forth, they finally decided to give us the salt but still refused to give us the socks. And to top it all off, the food was really, really, REALLY gross—cold, soggy, and honestly just nasty. This whole trip was unorganized, rude, and disappointing, and I will not be coming back to this location.

I have received barely warm fries again from this McDonald’s. The nuggets are warm but hard, I’m guessing overcooked. It’s the fries that I really want to be good and hot. So disappointed again! I will be going to a different one. The one on veterans is amazing !

Have been twice. The first time I was served regular coke as if it were diet as a diabetic. The 2nd time I went inside and waited 20 mins for a single drink. Manager spent more time micromanaging and not enough working with the crew to push out orders. Never going there again

Just ordered online and this is the one it gave me. When I got my order everything looked fine besides how much they filled the fries. I am sorry but I have been to many McDonald’s and they have never filled their cups this little. Besides this, everything else was very good!

Went thru drive thru, when got home noticed didn’t get the big Mac, got a double cheese burger instead even though, I said no cheese for the Mac n the double. Food was cold. Waste of money.

Guys this is a new place and should show the Best of McDonald’s and it doesn’t. NO fresh fries; Really? Also, lobby for eating without hygiene–dirty tables and chairs and to end guys bathroom not clean. #disappointed…BTW McDonald’s app not working to leave review.
