My wife had her teeth pulled and like to have mashed potatoes or fries cooked soft. We had been getting here a order from the church’s in Sand Springs with excellent service and no problem. In the area of this location dropping kids off and stopped to pick her up something due to the soup she ate didn’t stay down. The lady refused to make some fresh and soft and was rude with welcome to our location and how we do things. I was disappointed seeing that I love church’s and never met a rude person at any location until this visit. I pray that she was having a hard day and stepped outside her normal character for a moment, and that this is not the experience given to all.

Well, me and my daughter come here all the time. The chicken is bot bad, the mac and cheese could use some work, but honestly its with some of our experiences that lowers the rating in this. For starters, at one location, we waiter almost 20 minutes for out food, and it seems like we always have to wait for the chicken to come out because they’re always low on it. The wraps were fine, just not for me. The best part is the biscuits. One day the biscuits are rock solid, another time its soft and fluffy. Anyways, the place is fine as far as it goes. Would i recommend it? Maybe, but is it a fixer-upper, absolutely.

Went to this location ordered a 12piece mix, and the chicken was taken out of the warmer, when I got home the wings were so dry we couldn’t even eat them. $35 spent on chicken we couldn’t even have with our meal. Never going here again. The lady refused to give me the fresh chicken that had been but under the light, and gave me chicken from the warmer. Totally miss understood. Paying that much for you family to eat you need to get fresh chicken and not chicken pulled from the warmer.

I pulled in their drive through the woman on the intercom was rude. When we pulled out I took a bite of my Mac and cheese and didn’t finish it was nasty. My mashed potatoes were still powdered, my chicken was nasty. She gave me the wrong sauces. When I called she was rude and when I told her I lived 2 hrs away and I’m on my way home already and I’m in a work vehicle she refused to refund my order without the food back then proceeded to ask me to come back the next day. I won’t be going back. And not to mention she was the manager.

I have been coming to this location since a little girl and never have I had terrible food like this from this location I waited 20 min for my food to have fresh boneless wings instead I got bone in wings and everything I ordered was cold I ask them if they needed to make me fresh food I would wait even longer and they ignored me and gave me cold food they fired and lost all the good food service crew for terrible terrible service food crew I’m so disappointed and angry not to mention I was hungry and waited 20 min and was willing to wait even longer and still poor service and satisfaction smh very disappointed

Unprofessional and rude their register was down or they chose not to take drive thru orders wanted me to get out my car and come inside to a small packed lobby because they refused to walk over to the other register to take an order and this isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience just gave you grace because your packed the first time you got mad at me for not knowing the types of chicken like I graduated from Tyson university thanks for nothing

I went the drive-thru experience and the girl on the intercom was very thorough and polite. Order the Texas size tender three piece with a side of gravy. Everything was fresh, the gravy was flavorful and the biscuits were absolutely to die for! This location definitely knows how to add the honey butter!
