We attended a birthday party in which the front desk attendant also doubled as the prize desk worker and he was incredibly kind and patient with all the children. He even paid for the birthday girl’s prize with his own money, which was incredibly generous of him. I believe his name was Keith, and Keith sure deserves a raise!!

We ordered 4 (36 piece boxes) of chicken for my mom’s 84th Birthday party to be delivered. They called to let me know they were running a bit behind which actually worked out better for us. The chicken was DELICIOUS and hot! We were very pleased, thank you!

I took my daughter for her 14 birthday and she ended up having, as she put it, “the best day ever”. The staff were amazing especially the young lady with dark shoulder length hair and tattoos, my apologies I just can’t remember her name to save my life lol. The manager and assistant manager gave my daughter a special birthday arcade card and made sure her day was more than special. I would recommend this establishment to anyone and everyone.

Our family was on a little day trip which ran a bit long. We got to Austin a little before 8 and stopped at Pizza Ranch. The staff let us know that they would not be adding anything to the buffet but there was still plenty of fresh food available. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The kids got to play in the arcade for a bit which they enjoyed thoroughly. I have stopped here before and it has always been a good experience.

Our daughter wanted nothing more than to come have dinner here for her birthday, we arrived at 5pm… there was other people waiting in line but no one at the front attending to any of us for minutes… when we did finally have someone wait on us she was nice, and rang us up then we went to get our drinks and there were no straws.. there were others also looking for people who worked here and no one was in sight except the girl helping people at the register, so I felt bad but I had to ask her when she was free if she could grab someone to get straws, she said she would herself.. We got seated and then went to get our kids food .. there was 6 of us in total and the food was old.. quite old. About half way through out dinner there were a few fresh pizzas that come out.. thank goodness but I’m wondering if they must’ve been cleaned out before 5 because it was a ghost town in there when we arrived. We waited our whole dinner with the promise of chicken with no avail. We then decided to skip dinner and go for dessert and all that was left was this one red dessert pizza and ice cream.. of our party of 6 us 3 adults left hungry and we paid $66 as we had a $5 reward.. super disappointing for a Sunday evening.

The food and atmosphere was just like any other pizza ranch and have no concerns with either. However was VERY disappointed with the service. Everything shows closing time is 9pm. At 750pm, staff asked if we were going to get any more food because they wanted to start putting our away. We were done eating but kids were playing in arcade so we said we were done with the food. About 815pm, staff came to table and asked if they could take our drinks glasses which were still full. We asked if we could have to go glasses and got a snide “ya I guess I can do that.” At 825pm, we went to fill our cups and the machines were all turned off. Is the place is supposed to be open until 9pm, we should not have been to feel rushed out by 8pm, machines should not have been off before 830pm. If open till 9pm, people should be able to walk in and order at 830pm. Very disappointed to have to cut our celebration short.

I came to the store at 1 o’clock for my daughter’s birthday party, when we walked in we were told the room we had originally booked, because I had disabled family members who needed more space, was not available and we where given a tiny room . When I went to talk to the manager Keith about it he was disrespectful and rude , was not helpful at all he didn’t do anything to help me. He also got in my face and snapped at me . I also heard and saw him being disrespectful and snapping at other staff members in front of a large group of people to the point where he had to be brought over were customers couldn’t see him , this is not the first time I have had issues with this manager , or the first time that he has snapped at other employees in front of customers , I honestly think this guy should be fired !!
