I wasn’t going to leave a review but I called them and they didn’t care girl that answered the phone said she’d let her manager know but they way she said it was so snarky. Do NOT EAT HERE. THE DRINK MACHINE TASTS LIKE MOLD really bad. My cream soda flavor covers it up a bit but my man’s regular coke tastes like straight mildew , that machine definitely doesn’t get cleaned!AND THIS HAIR IN MY MANS SANDWICH. ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE! ⚠️ SERIOUSLY DON’T FREAKING EAT HERE!!

I ordered their Cluck Sandwich. Plenty big chicken breast. Love their curly fries. My favorite treat are their mini tacos. Sometimes in the evening I swing by their drive-thru and order the loaded and regular mini tacos. Their workers are very nice and understand English which is a big plus!

I accidentally ordered online from the wrong store. The manager Adna was extremely understanding and helpful and took care of everything for me. She didn’t have to do that. That was awesome. Food was good.

I was excited to see the double bonus Jack was back. I saw the photo and thought, oh I should get that. Sad to say the burger was really dry and didn’t look anything like the photo. Didn’t have time to complain at the store although the staff at the store was very friendly during the order process.
Update: They contacted me by phone and offered me a replacement combo. They also said they would talk to the staff about improving their attention to quality. I appreciated their responsiveness. Give them a try! Would love to know your experience!

Jack in the Box is a must. I think they have the best variety when it comes to fast food joints. The one in Bullhead City is one of my favs. The drive thru is always quick and food is always hot . Prices are reasonable, what’s not to like.

I see there is a review from a week ago about the drink machine that apparently NOTHING was done about so their investigation did nothing for the customers seeing as how I just bought a drink and it was DISGUSTING. Got food as i had just got off work at 3:30am and my burger was half eaten and tossed on the bottom side of another bun. Im not sure if the cook was eating lunch and then was upset but this grossed me out. I could NOT eat anything of the rest of my order.

This place is usually pretty good, as long you are not in a hurry. The service is good but it’s not fast compared to other fast food places. The iced mocha coffee is so good. My favorite thing here is the grilled breakfast sandwhich. Superb yummy! I always get a good smile and great customer service. Anytime i go inside it’s always clean and the service is just as good but maybe faster inside.
