Listen… I already know fast food is the bottom of the barrel when it comes to lunch. But this? This is whatever’s buried under that barrel. The guy in the drive thru will ring up anything you order as a Large, no matter how many times you say “medium.” The chicken looks like it was fried in oil left over from the apocalypse. And just out of curiosity, yes I did try it. And just as I thought, it tastes like something I found under a mattress.
Ps If you really want to see an annoyed human, just ask for sauce. I recommend taking a break from the drive through shift if it’s bothering you that bad.
To add a little positivity. Honestly, I’m glad he charged me for a large after I asked for a medium. Those extra fries were the only thing edible, and they completely saved the day.

Placed an order online 15 minutes before i got there.. put the pickup time for 10 mins out… got there and had to wait another 35 minutes. No one was inside… and they only had maybe 3 cars in the drivethru the whole time i was there. Would have spent less time waiting for a burger at a restaurant. Finally got my food and was told it was just sitting there and they forgot to give it to me.

Ordered on the app for a scheduled pick up at 7:25. Went in at 7:30 even though the app still showed it was being prepared. After waiting a few minutes for anyone to come to the counter, the staff stared at me wide-eyed because they were not even aware of my order. I eventually got it at 7:45pm. It’s Wendy’s, so the food was as expected and we even got some fresh fries, but it definitely is worth noting that this location is quite slow. Another customer gave up and left after not even being greeted. You could see general untidiness behind the counter (random empty cups, crumbs, and frosty sauces all over the counter space).

The employees at the drive-thru are always very nice but appear dishonest. Majority of the time I pay cash for my food but never get a receipt.
As I’m paying for my food I’ll ask how much the food is. They’ll tell me. I’ll request a paper receipt but the staff usually says they are out of paper.
After receving my change back & then asking for a receipt, the drive-thru cashiers get nervous and all of a sudden hand me more cash back. I often wonder whether my order was rung up on the register.
The restaurant owner should check on his/her restaurant.

I ordered the chicken asiago sandwich. NOT spicy. Diet Coke. Just got home chicken was spicy had to throw it out. Coke was regular coke not diet and the fries were cold and stale. $13.26 for a meal i couldn’t eat.
Definitely won’t be going back. The one in Vero much better.

Went late night after working late. Great service, especially the cashier, Bree, very kind and sweet, the order was perfect, she even brought it out to me. This Wendy’s has great burgers and it is made the way I ordered it, love their fries and especially the thoughtful.

They made a recent change to their Wendy’s single that I was unaware of. Didn’t mention it when I placed my order either.
I noticed the burgers were wrapped in a different wrapper and asked about it. The employee looked and said it was correct that they just used a different wrapper. Again, no mention of the recent change. Drove home only to find out that my singles did not have lettuce and tomato on them.
Back I went and asked why I was given the wrong food even though I had asked why it was wrapped differently.
Now they mention that you now need to order the Deluxe Single if you want lettuce and tomato. I asked why they didn’t tell me that when I ordered or when I asked about the different wrapper. No apology but they did remake my order with the lettuce and tomato. They asked if I wanted to give my phone # so the manager could call me. I did, but they never called. Goodbye Wendy’s forever.

Went through the drive through Saturday night. 12/13 Ordered 2 burgers without onions and 3 frostys. They handed me Frostys and told me to pull forward. Waited 10 minutes while the Frostys melted. No one came after me in the drive through and no one was at the counter inside. So the Frostys melted while I waited. Got the food and went home. Burgers had onions on them and were very pink inside. The girl in the IRSC sweatshirt didn’t do a very good job and we got a raw burgers with onions.

Don’t order delivery. Almost everything was wrong. I ordered bbq saucy nuggets. My nuggets were sitting in a pool of oil or butter instead. I’m assuming they originally made garlic parmesan nuggets and then dumped bbq sauce on it because they didn’t want to remake it. It was of course nasty and I couldn’t eat it. I also ordered pineapple lemonade that was missing.

Several items were missing from order till we brought it up at counter. Staff was nice, but food itself was the worst I’ve had from a Wendy’s. Chili was watery like a tomato soup, not much meat or anything else. Chicken sandwich and nuggets were hard and overcooked. Nothing tasted that fresh.
