This particular visit was during an Uber eats drive also during the winter storm. So I didn’t have to get out the car this time, the window staff was extremely helpful food was hot and your rings smells so good like they were telling me you better get yourself an order too–which was a sign that they were fresh and hot!

We couldn’t ask for a more inviting experience tonight for our family of four. We dined in and everything was clean, you could tell the employees put a lot of care into their work and it also shows in their friendliness. They were very accommodating to us and just went above and beyond for our kids. Thank you for making such a pleasant dining experience for us!

This local BK never fails to disappoint me. The Whoppers are pitiful. I give them a chance at redemption every few months, yet they always fall short. Don’t recommend this particular restaurant. Update: sorry as its ever been, I have nothing good to say about this place! Avoid it like the plague!

Worst Burger King I’ve ever been to, entire restaurant was empty no customers and it took that rude girl 20 minutes to take my order on the drive thru… when I reached the pickup window the store manager was busy on her cell phone and it took them another 15 minutes to hand me my order… it’s absolutely filthy in there and the customer service is below zero.

They don’t seem able to keep the soda machines able to provide all selections. I have been to this restaurant many times and they were out of regular Coca Cola almost fifty percent of my visits.

There’s no kind way to put this review…because this location does not live up to the name the franchise has worked to create.
On this trip, I gave a simple order 2 for $4 sausage egg and cheese croissant. The customer service in drive thru was terrible…the cashier never gave me my total or told me which window to come to. Then failed to put my change in my hand…causing it to fall to the ground…never apologized for dropping the change…and closed the window as I went to retrieve it.
Then to make it worse…as you see in the photos…the sandwich was not the best quality…food was served to me cold… this was definitely not My Way

Octavia, one of the drive through employees is just extremely rude. You can have the most positive attitude and friendly demeanor and she will still treat you like you are a bother. Everyone has there bad days but literally every time I go through there she is just so rude.
