Drove into town on Xmas Eve, our go to pho place was closed.. we decided to try another. It was worth it. The lady who served us was so nice and friendly. I’m a new fan of the spicy beef pho.

My family all had Phó for lunch. We had #28 Phó Tai Bo Vien. As soon as the waitress rolled the cart by us you could smell the Phó. It smelled amazing.
The broth was delicious. They cook the broth for 24 hrs.
This Restaurant is definitely a place that I would have a luncheon meeting or some kind of rehearsal dinner at.
Since moving here I have been to this restaurant at least once or twice a week. Their soups and food are so delicious. Their bobas are delicious also….

Tables were sticky and dirty from preivous clients. It looked like they just put fresh napkins and silverware but didn’t wash the table. I had seafood pho. Didn’t realize this soup included bugs.

Le Bistro 10/10. Locally owned, Le Bistro is the perfect place to get a quick banh mi and boba or sit down and enjoy a meal of pad Thai or pho. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, creating a wonderful dining experience. Support local!

Well today was unfortunate. I really enjoyed this place in many occasions and never had a problem in the past. Today I ordered the orange chicken and everything was going fine, but halfway through the meal I found a metal spring in my food! I called the lady over and showed her what I found and she took my plate away. I told her I didn’t want another plate or anything else. My appetite was ruined. She ends up bringing me another plate anyway even tho I said I didn’t want it, and charged me for everything regardless of my horrible experience. When I asked her where or what this spring had come from, she said it might have been from a pen? How and why it ended up in my food is beyond me. I will never eat here again.

Food is great and the woman running the place is friendly. Our food took over 45 minutes to arrive but there was just one woman running the counter and serving everyone at lunch time so I give her credit because it started getting busy pretty quickly.
You know your food is on its way when you hear the dishes clanking on the rolling cart being wheeled out of the kitchen.
A “Must Try” is their Banh Xeo and Beef Grape Leaves.

I have to say this place is amazing. This was my second time here and it was even better than the last time. The food is so good and tastes so fresh. I would recommend the spring rolls here with chicken…oh man I could eat them as a meal not an appetizer! The chicken is so flavorful and tender, they are accompanied by a peanut sauce. We also tried some mini egg rolls that are about the size of Vienna sausage those were fried and contained pork..those were accompanied by some fresh mint, cilantro, lettuce and sweet and sour sauce. The waitress explained how you wrap them in lettuce and put mint and cilantro. I never have eaten an eggroll like that in my life but I was down to try. Oh my it was definitely complimented by the cilantro and mint. We really enjoyed them. My buddy ordered the chicken pad-thai and the sweet sauce was great that accompanied this..mixed together it was so good. Another thing he ordered was then eggplant with garlic and chicken…I enjoyed this as well. Now this is only the second time I have been here but the first time I ordered what they call “combination birds nest” and honestly it was so good I had to order this again. It was crunchy noodles..well they started off crunchy like the chow mein noodles but ended up soaking up all the wonderful juices from everything on top! Anyway it was a bed of crunchy noodles with beef, chicken, shrimp, bean sprouts, celery, carrots, broccoli and I believe onion. This plate is AMAZING. I would order this plate everytime…a friend told me about this place and about this dish and I thank her for this because now for Vietnamese food..I will not go anywhere else! The bonus is our waitress, she is Vietnamese also I think…however she is a very nice Lady, very friendly and helpful on suggestions if you need any when ordering. She’s great! The menu selection is huge I hear the Pho is amazing too but I have never tried. The boba teas are great too..I have tried cantaloupe and pina colada, so far both were yummy. I will post pics and I hope you go try this place. I definitely recommend it!

This is the best hole-in-the-wall Vietnamese spot! Their Vietnamese coffee is out of this world! The Bahn Mi sandwiches are tasty and flavorful! I recommend coming to this place! Reasonable price excellent seating, and the vibe is extremely aesthetic!

Big kudos to the lady helping us. She was running the show! It may have been just her? But she gave excellent service. Food was delicious! Thank you this was my first time here my wife and family really enjoyed it.

There are currently only 2 workers here so be patient. She’s running the front of house and cooking while he’s cooking and cleaning in the back.
The crispy chili is top freaking notch and is the right amount of spicy/perfect texture.
They have the Boba machine and their mix for the “taro” Boba is phenomenally perfect.
Gluten free options are amazing. They cleaned the grill and grilled my tofu and shrimp to perfection. The vermicelli wasn’t soggy or crunchy, but beautifully non-mushy or non-slimy. The shrimp spring rolls were perfectly fresh, light, and full of my favorite kind if dish sauce (when I poured it in instead of dipping lol).
They have a bakery/snack zone in the front but their restaurant portion is beautiful. I don’t know who the painter is but the paintings are gorgeous.
Great food, great decor, great service.
My new favorite place
