I have never been to a more rudely operated establishment in my LIFE.
I go to McDonalds not a lot but ussaly for a late night snack. Tell me why the person who works at the front refused to give me any sauces? I’m sore, what kind of establishment is this when I am not getting what I need? Last time I checked, the customer is ALWAYS RIGHT. Anyways, I went here the other day and the people that work here are genuinely just so rude and obnoxious. Why are you laughing at my 17 year old sister for asking you for a cup of water after she received her meal? Is this some kind of game to you? Do you enjoy doing this? Making fun of teens? Weird. Anyways, I think this McDonalds needs a full factory reset because whatever kind of staff got hired… yeah… GOTTA GO. And McDonalds, let’s not hire people that are rude for no reason to TEENAGERS. You’re making a mockery out of yourself and your company as a whole. Do better. Thanks!

every single time i come here there’s always smth wrong with my order, or the workers are just rude and blatantly ignore you or just don’t even bother to put your order right. like actually so frustrating because i try very hard to be understanding of food service workers as someone has worked in establishments similar it’s not that hard to just be nice and respectful to people who just want some food, you chose this job you chose to work at this place and yet you can’t make a little effort to just do it right it’s really not that hard it’s just food service never have i been this upset because it happens everytime there’s always rude people i genuinely hope yall get a new crew cause you’re all so mean

The experience was bizarre.
October 31 at around 2am.
I ordered a chicken sandwich for $6.39 and had a coupon for a free medium fry. I look at the receipt and see I’m charged $10 because they charged me for 2 fries. When I mentioned I only ordered 1 fry and it was supposed to be free (they scanned the coupon), the cashier tells me “one of them is for me.” I’m not sure what she meant by that, but I certainly didn’t offer nor did I agree to buy anybody food. When I explained I was charged incorrectly, another employee comes over with an attitude as if I’m the one being unreasonable and hands me $3 from the register, while my card was still charged incorrectly.
They also won’t take your order in the drive through unless you yell “hello?” after 5 minutes of sitting there.

I really wanted to like this location but it was just too gross too many times. I am spoiled by the Bronx McDonald’s that is run so efficiently and handles a large volume of customers extremely well. The food at this location is just not fresh and sits out too long. The fries are mushy and often there are hairs or pieces of debris from materials like paper or other items found in the food. I really try not too be a Karen or very critical but when you are plucking out multiple hairs, papers, and strips of plastic from food it makes you wonder if you purchased something from a restaurant or dug through the trash to get something to eat. They need to work on better quality control and paying attention to their food prep. The location is great and it is an attractive restaurant. All they have to do is prepare the food better.

Never have I ever received such poor service. I placed a mobile drive through order and upon arrival I couldn’t understand or hear the employee through the intercom due to a plumbing truck pumping sewage right next to the drive through. So I go inside and the staff says they don’t have my order and offered no help or resolution. Just terrible, careless and classless service. I know it’s McDonald’s but come on. Absolutely ridiculous. Do NOT go here!

I occasionally go to this McDonald’s location during the day but the vast majority I go to this location is in the early AMs after all the McDonald’s closest to my house closes at midnight. This place sometimes has a huge line on the weekends at night but it’s generally pretty good. They keep the line moving along pretty good. They always get my order correct and cook everything right! I love this McDonald’s!
