Not happy about the results of my order but since I didn’t have time to wait for them to make it over, nor did I want to wait for them to retry.. I decided I wouldn’t come back here.

The attitude from the cashier at the window was bad, I waited for about 8 minutes to get my order. When I got my food, I checked and saw that they didn’t fill my large fry container up as it was supposed to be filled. I know that as a customer and as a former employee. I ordered a value onion ring and I wasn’t able to taste it but I saw it looked filled and I was content. I wasn’t able to check my sandwich, I wish I had…. Everything was lukewarm to borderline cold..nothing was really hot. Nothing gave fresh. I decided to just leave because I didn’t want a new service from them. Plus have an air fryer, so I thought okay, I can just heat it up. . . Was I wrong?

Additionally, I got back, I held the onion ring and it was soggy, smelled like oil, and tasted like old oil. When I heated them up, they didn’t even get crispy. I checked my burger and realized the onion rings on it were the same way, mushy and dark brown. I paid for extra cheese, didn’t get that. I paid for BBQ sauce, didn’t get that. Burger was luke warm, nothing special. Doesn’t even taste like a Whopper. ( the bun is only toasty like that because of my air dryer, I can give them props for the bread. It was soft.)

In conclusion, please Work on attitudes and food quality. . . The building is clean and placed in a good spot, but you’ll be deceived by the service.

The young lady mistakenly forgot to add minus mayo on my Whopper . I had to return it and they gave me NO problem. Love ❤️ We arrived at 4:05 it’s 422 we are still waiting in the drive thru. Wow unacceptable

This is the second time within two weeks that I’ve visited this BK drive thru, and the person working the front window during lunch time between 12pm – 2pm has an impolite attitude. The last visit, I counted my experience as just someone having a bad day. However, today when I placed my order, I could tell right away, the person taking my order did not want to be there! After placing my order, I was asked to pull to the back window. I arrived to the back window, but there was no one at the window. No problem, I’ll wait…but I’m also on a lunch break myself. So, I waited and waited, and no one came to the window, so I pulled to the front window. And when I pulled up, it was the same lady that was at the window two weeks ago. The look on her face and body language was that of a pissed off employee. I tried to be polite as she’s accepting payment, but her facial expression was hard not to notice. As I pull off with my order, she had the audacity to slam the drive thru window! The only question I have at this point is, why is she still working the window? Better yet, why doesn’t BK train better employees? I couldn’t be the only person that feels her NEGATIVITY!! Whatever’s going on at the workplace, someone needs to be aware of the service being provided. There’s too many options for me to return to this location!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The staff watched me pull up to the drive-through and ignored me. They said it would be a short wait but never came back—even after the time they gave. Meanwhile, the car behind me had their order taken while I was still ignored. I was polite the entire time, yet my time was wasted and I never received food. Completely disrespectful service. The staff working today clearly need a reminder that if they don’t want to work, they should stay home and let people who actually want to work do the job.

I don’t know who is working at 4:30 in the morning, but that guy needs a raise and a promotion. Along with everybody else in that place. Everybody in that place needs a serious pay raise. You guys are amazing and I cannot believe that you guys are so great and are available at all hours even when waffle House is closed.

I stopped by this location after getting out of the ER and the lobby doors were unlocked so I went inside and was quickly yelled at that the inside closed at 10:00 so I proceeded to get in the Drive-Thru line and placed my order. Once I got to the window ii realized I forgot to give her my BK rewards code so immediately told the lady I forgot and she responded with “you were supposed to give that to me before u placed your order” and then shut the window without taking my code. I am fully aware that I should have given her the code before hand but I’m also aware that she could have still taken it and if we’re being technical isn’t she suppose to ask me if I have a code when I first pull up to the drive thru? So I ended up having to pay for my free sandwich and they were out of sprite, sweet tea, cheesey tots and to top it off I ordered a Whopper Jr Meal SMALL which I clarified two different times that it was a small and she charged me for a medium and didn’t even fill up the onion rings so it all around cost me more money and I got less food plus a crappy attitude from the staff. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not! This is exactly what people want to have to deal with after leaving the emergency room.

Service is a hit or miss. Some days it’s fine and other times they’ll make you pull down and wait 15 minutes for a burger & fries. Just don’t order the Sprite. The nozzle clearly needs to be cleaned but they won’t.

I went to Burger King 11:18:56 pm on 11/1/2025 and the service was awful. My order ID was:AABV3NAJAGHF through the drive through.Me and my wife thought that if we went to this restaurant that everything would be ok but it wasn’t. I’ve been in customer service for 24 years and I’ve never been treated to rudely. I was told that I couldn’t order a cup of water at the drive through window because it was a car behind me me and the girl at the window and the guy with the dreadlocks looked at me as if I was the most hated person in the world their attitudes were just the worst and I was treated with no respect what so ever. I feel if they don’t want to be in customer service then maybe they should find another line of employment. I checked my food to make sure that it was ok because I felt as if they did something bad to it. My wife told me that she felt totally disrespected because the way they snatched the receipt from me was totally understand humane and I said we shouldn’t make waves until we got our food. In a nut shell if they don’t want to be in the food industry look for other ways or signs of employment. Here’s a picture of my order and maybe you guys can find out who was there.

I always sadly get bad service in BK … but today Sunday August 31st 2025 1:30AM, it was different… We had GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT FOOD! The cashier was like “straw, ketchup, napkins are in your bag” and he was sooooo nice! We need more people like him in the restaurants! THANK YOU!!!
