This place is amazing.
The music is relaxing and fits the beautiful western theme, the food is great, and the service is top notch.
Their kale salad is vegan and they have a vegan burger option with garlic aioli made from vegan mayo. They also give a small bowl of pickled cucumbers at the start of the meal as a palate cleanser which is a lovely touch.
Jacklynn was our server and she gave us some of the best customer service we’ve ever experienced! You can tell she really loves her job and wants to make the customer experience the best it can be.
The manager Alan was so kind and funny and kept checking in to see how our experience was going throughout the evening.
We will most definitely be returning to Ted’s after the great night we had!

Been many years since I have eaten here. We decided to stop in for some bison burgers. The burgers were very good. Very tasty and filling. We had a side of onion rings and they were delish especially with the ranch. Not sure what they put in it but it was off the charts good. The only disappointing thing was the garlic mash potatoes, they tasted buttery but not very much garlic at all. The gravy that came with it didn’t seem to mesh. It was not very complimentary. Over all, the atmosphere was great and our waitress Lexi was spot on. Great service. I’m sure the garlic mash had to be a one off thing. We’ll be back for more.

My kids and I come to Ted’s every Saturday to give Mom a much-deserved break! We are always greeted warmly, and the staff remembers our orders—we even get the same table every week. Kasandra and Cat take excellent care of us! We love the atmosphere, food, and attentive staff. My wife and I also love coming here for a date night or a birthday. If you’re looking for an elevated “bar and grill” with great drinks, food, and staff, this is it!

This was the last dinner during my company-paid training trip to the area and was definitely a different experience.
Not too often dining at a restaurant that’s buffalo-themed and everyone enjoyed their bison burgers just as I enjoyed my bison filet.
This was the first time having a filet from buffalo, had a couple of bison burgers in my lifetime but never a steak which was exactly quite delicious.
I’m visiting from the northern Chicago suburbs and I found out that we have one of these venues in the southwest Chicago suburbs so I’ll definitely have to make the drive sometime after I get back home if I get that craving for bison.
Definitely a go-to spot if ever back in the area! Hope for continued boomin’ business for decades to come for the owner(s).

Great experience at Ted’s Montana Grill in Landmark. I had the Avalon Burger and it was really good. Started with an Old Fashioned (the Newly Fashion), which was excellent.
The service was awesome; Hunter was my server and did a fantastic job. Friendly, attentive, and made the whole meal enjoyable.
Highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back.

I went to Ted’s for a lunch with some girlfriends and I had the most amazing time! I couldn’t even finish my food, we tried a few different things, buffalo nachos, the shrimp is beyond to die for~(maybe the best I’ve ever had!) and my burger! I had buffalo, (which I thought was supposed to be really dry but instead it’s just a little sweeter than hamburger,) even the sangria was amazing!!! And our server, Luis, ranks in the top five I’ve ever had!!!

Visited Ted’s after visiting Uptown Circus next door. To be fair, a larggggge group was dining here at the same time. Our server was inattentive and distracted. She did recommend the bison nachos. Great recommendation. We also ordered the fish sandwich and salmon. The two fish sandwiches lacked flavor. The salmon could have been prepared by Safeway’s prepared food section. The mashed potatoes are super boring and bland as Bobby Blue. The nachos were the highlight of the evening. Our server offered us a free dessert due to the lack of service provided to us. We selected the blueberry lemon cookie but left it at the restaurant. It was not our cup of cookie. Perhaps it just wasn’t a good evening for Ted. But it’s kinda pricy not to enjoy 3 meals.

UPDATE: Following the response below, I reached out to corporate at the email address provided. After more than a week, I have yet to receive a reply. It seems their corporate communication is perfectly on par with the service at the restaurant: unresponsive and disappointing.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I’ll start by saying this was my first experience. I dont know anything about this place or its identity. That said, I cant quite figure out if its supposed to be a “nice” place or Chillis with ambiance. I can tell you, you’ll get better more attentive service at a Chillis and might even have the opportunity to speak to the manager. At this place my drink remained empty for the majority of my meal. I actually had to ask the host for something after my meal was put down by someone other than my waitress. Thats not a big deal but she just vanished. By the tIme I got what I needed to eat my wife had finished her meal. I opted to skip the second cocktail BC it was taking so long. My waitress finally reappeared and asked to refill our drinks and vanished again. Next time we saw her we were completely done and she came back without the drinks. You could see on her face she clearly forgot. It was a really bad experience and left us bummed out overall. What we had wanted to be a bit of an over the top night ended up a dud BC our waitress was just nowhere to be seen and no one was checking on us. The food was really good though I will give them that.

I had an incredible dinner at Ted’s Montana Grill last night, and I can’t say enough good things about it. The Bison steaks were cooked to absolute perfection — juicy, flavorful, and exactly how we ordered them. But what really made the evening stand out was our server, Marla she was over the top amazing! She was attentive without being intrusive, friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely seemed to care that we had a great time. She anticipated what we needed before we even asked and made us feel completely at home from start to finish. You could tell she takes pride in making guests feel special.Between the fantastic food and Marla’s exceptional service, this is easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. We’ll definitely be back soon! and we’ll be asking for Marla again!
